It was very comfortable, quiet, and close to everything. The drawers on the dresser kept opening so we just said the ghosts were messing with us lol.

The staff except for Joey and our housekeeper was extremely rude and unprofessional, we also never had a waitress come over and grab us drinks while gambling it was like we were invisible or not good enough, the slots are very tight with payouts compared to the others, My fiance and I got our players cards on different days and he didn't get any bonuses for signing up and I did and it was his birthday even! During our turn-down service, only chocolates were left no actual turn-downs happened.

Great location

When we first arrived it was unclear where to park but managed to get sorted. I’d also emailed specially asking for a non smoking room and carparking details. I got back a simple ‘yes absolutely you can’. However we were in fact put initially in a smoking room. Smell was awful. Asked to be moved and a lovely lady helped us, despite a man telling it we’d asked for smoking. I tried to show him the email I’d had saying we could be in nonsmoking but he seemed distinctly uninterested…. Thank you Janet for sorting our room out.

Great location right on the main casino drag, close to restaurants and services. a good value for the type of hotel, it's not cheap but the place is very nice. Despite the noise downstairs, the room is quite. The room was enormous, with a very large bathroom. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds. There is valet parking which is convenient. They allowed us to take our bicycles into our room which was very surprising but helpful.

It's a small town casino, with the typical noisy and desperate crowd they tend to attract. There is no self-parking. Everyone expects to be tipped. No free bottled water in the room.

This was our first time to visit Deadwood SD and we throughly enjoyed it! And our stay at Mineral Palace was a Big part of us falling in Love with Deadwood.The Staff was Super nice and Helpful for the most part.And we loved the Steak House! Atmosphere was awesome in gaming area and layout and staff very nice.

Our check out Person was alil in attentive or unaware of the people standing waiting at Counter.Was preoccupied with a project or conversation.And multitasking was difficult i think and the checkout area due to this seemed Tense with customers waiting as well as us.But this was just a Minor issue in the end as we are Patient.

It was a little dated and the experience was slightly above average but the guys working valet left a lasting positive impression on me. I didn’t speak to them much but based on my interactions with them they appeared alert, hardworking and friendly.

The room was on the ground floor and in front of a busy street so opening the shades would allow a lot people to see into your room unless there was some sort of tint I was unaware of? I also thought the foot traffic would create a lot of sound but the crowds were surprisingly tame all night.

The hotel was nice and very centrally located with in walking distance of most everything the room was large and plenty room with a fridge and microwave, which for a casino is unusual, the staff was very helpful

The bed was nice but it wasn't as firm as I'm used to, the AC didn't work but that's normal for winter time but the window opened so that was nice, it being Christmas the restaurants closed earlier than normal that's the only issue we ran into

Parking under cover with our motorcycle. Easy check in.

Would have been a ten, but our mon smoking reservation ended us in a smoking room, which didn't seem to particularly bother anyone but us. Some offers were not presented, others were not allowed. Staff checked daily on our towels - never checked anything else.

Love location and size of room

They lost our reservation! Drove 6 hrs to get there and then told they couldn't find our reservation. Luckily I had all my confirmation info and they had 1 room available. Had to wait to get room ready. Have no idea what we would've done if they didn't have a room. She told me that room was supposed to come off "blocked" but they forgot. If they had remembered, we wouldn't have had a room. We stay here often and that's not happened before.

our room was nice with a fridge, microwave, and safe. Turn down service was a sweet touch.

room rates were a little high, but we were there for Cool Deadwood nights. If you like old fixed up cars this may be one of the best shows out there. Have to give a big shout out to Mr. Wu,s, no body throws a better party than that place.

The valet parking was a great convenience. All the staff were friendly, the wait staff in the dining room during breakfast was the best. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying there the next time we go to Deadwood.

The dining room was more expensive for the dinner menu. And the bar up be the lobby dod not always have staff serving.
