Facilities were very clean and quiet. Everything was updated. I loved the light blocking shades. Bed was very comfortable!

They didn't advertise the $15 parking fee until I checked in- "offset" with minimal discounts to restaurants on their property. Seems the discounts should have come with the room anyway. There was also a QR code to leave a tip for cleaning staff. I always leave a tip but for a hotel to leave a QR code seems tacky.

The location is very good. Our room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. We had fun in the casino.

The room we booked was advertised having 1 king bed, 1 full bed and 1 sofa bed. But when we got there, we were given a room with a king bed and 1 sofa bed. We went to the front desk to clarify the issue. Receptionist was responsive but was quite rude. They told us that booking.com misadvertised the room and that they are not affiliated whatsoever with booking.com and that we should book directly with them the next time we decide to stay at Doubletree. She was helpful enough to get us a room with 2 queen beds.

We loved the ability to have pretty much anything we wanted to EaT any time of the day. We liked the discounts offered. We liked playing right where we stayed. I loved the fire pit and patio. I used it quite often.

$15.00 parking fee. We feel if you are staying there parking should be free or at least just the initial entry.

It was conveniently located to the area we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

It was too warm in the overall hotel. We were able to control the temperature in our room but the halls, elevators and main casino areas were too warm.

It was very comfortable. Nice place to stay.

We saw all the things we wanted to see and were stuck there for the entire booking. Booking. Com said it’s up to them (double tree). They said we’d still have to pay the full week. Thus we were stuck in the Double tree. I’ll know not to book another hotel for a week again

Check in, rooms - all 3 next to each other. Cleanliness was outstanding. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The location - we would have preferred to be closer to the main street and restaurants.

This place is Awesome ! Easy Access. The amenity’s were on point. All the Staff were Beyond Kind, Friendly and Respectful. The Restaurants were Great as well…

The King Size Bed was a little too firm for the Wife. The Elevator is very slow…

No complimentary breakfast ! Also didn’t know I don’t get Hilton honors discount by booking 3rd party but now I do :)

It was clean, the front desk lady I think her name was Zoe was so nice!! And they gave us warm cookies at check in which I thought was a sweet!

There was no breakfast. We didn’t mind too much because there was so many options in the casino but would have been nice.

One cocktail waitress for the whole place, very poor service. Slow, I felt not wanted, even though I was a very good tipper. Just my opinion.
