We stayed at this facility because of the reputation of the brand and the value and the cleanliness that is always seems to follow. The only disappointing factor of our stay was the parking situation and we were told that the parking situation has been an ongoing ordeal so it made it difficult to find a good spot and just maneuvering around the front of the facility was somewhat of a puzzle and at times we ended up parking in the underground parking which was sufficient for parking. There’s one area where you park if it’s raining it drive your cars and take the paint off so we were also told there was a ongoing construction project going on to fix this but what made it worse was that they charged you $15 a day for that parking now I will share I did complain to the texting Person and was able to get a refund for that so I’m quite pleased for that so all our expectations were met by the facility except for the parking, which had we known ahead of time about the parking we probably wouldn’t have stayed. I will share my most favorite experience at your hotel was Benson and Hazel that is an exceptional concept and very smooth to be able to get items back to your room. I utilize it several times for life, pillows, blanket, etc. so I give it hi Mark it is genius and more people should use it
The parking.

Loved the vinyl floors in the rooms as it seems so much cleaner than carpet. The beds were very comfortable. The halls are so well lite and staff 24 hours a day. The lobby was so convenient from the parking garage all inside as when we left it was raining. Breakfast was as good as any gets when its complimentary. We commented several times during our stay how glad we had chose Tru.
We had a slight pizza baking smell in our room but just turned on the air. We were one level above the Marcos pizza shop. Nothing serious. The deck was so nice with the large fire pit but really designed for the smokers.

Modern facilities and amenities. Very clean with all the comforts of a high class hotel. It had a clean reasonably equipped gym open late. Quiet. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours. Nice open area to sit or work on tables. I did some morning remote work from there. A very generous diverse and well prepared breakfast!
It is a hotel above a casino. You have to pull your luggage through the casino to get you your room. Not many late night eating locations nearby. Despite being a predominate hotel there was only the casino fast food to eat at night. The room was comfortable, but felt like you were confined there - or go to the Casino. We were there to visit the historic Deadwood. The view was of the parking lot and roads.

very good
I had to pay for parking. Upon checking in I was handed a parking pass and told I could park under ground at no time did the girl say I would have to pay when I checked out. The total cost was $79.40, had I know this I would have parked out side I think Cadillac Jacks should reimburse me the $79.40. I would like you to review the cost and let me know your decision. Thank you Greg Jourdain

The place is modern, had a good breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. We had a valley facing side, so the view was very nice. You can easily walk into Deadwood, which is good because you have to pay to park anywhere you go. The workout facilities were very good. They have underground parking as well as above ground, and it costs the same. They give you 15% off meals at the on-site restaurants, and $15 to use in the casino, which are all on the 1st floor.
We were confused as to where to go. There are multiple motels on the same site, the casino is on the first floor, so you have to go in, find the elevator and go up to the 2nd level. You pay almost $16/day for parking. We've never gambled before, but after asking someone for help, we used the $15 on slots, and luckily won a few dollars which covered the parking.

Convenient bathroom soap dispensers and well lit rooms. Nice atmosphere and cozy.
The only complaints I have is the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. I felt like I slept on the floor. Woke up stiff and sore. The other is it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in the room. A small chair was provided but not very comfortable and needed to be used as a side table as the only side table was between the the queen beds. If you were on the wrong side of the bed, you had no table to put things so had to use the chair.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was near downtown but still gave a rural impression. The ROI on the price asked was expectational as the accommodations were sleek and modern. Frankly, it was one of the best options within Deadwood for those looking for a more modern approach to lodging.
It seemed to be short-staffed on the day we were there. In addition, the parking lot was shared with multiple hotels so it was fairly congested. Along with congestion, the parking lot was partially under construction so it was a bit difficult to navigate at some points.

Room decor is fresh! Bathrooms are clean and modern! Beds are very comfortable! Location is within walking distance of entertainment/shopping/history and the view is spectacular! Good atmosphere! Love the relaxing outdoor fire area!
Not happy to discover there was a daily parking fee that was not disclosed until the end of check in! AND we had a UTV from 9pm until 8am ONE night that we were charged parking for as well! Also, when we arrived back to the hotel on Friday night there was not a space immediately available! Staff was helpful but could’ve been friendlier- they don’t seem happy!

Scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes, orange juice. Liked the cereal, bagels and english muffins.
Coffee was too hot, full of coffee grounds. The team hard a hard time keeping up with refilling the orange juice coffee and pancake mix. Bagel toaster confused the old people and really held up the line. would have been nice to have a sweet roll or doughnut. Also, no greek yogurt. only fruit was an apple. The rooms were small and not enough room to put suitcases off the floor. Also really missed having coffee pot for hot tea in the room. missed an end table on the out sides of the beds.

Very clean, super friendly staff....they were amazing honestly. Loved the location the outside smoking balcony was nice to just sit and enjoy your evening or morning coffee even though I'm not a smoker.
Beds weren't terrible but could have been a little more comfortable
