Amazing location close to all tourist attractions, literally 5-10 minutes walk. I extended my stay there and from my second smaller room the views were the best in the city just like the picture on the advertising and the views of the city from the rooftop wow wow wow. Even better this is the location for breakfast and evening in whatever way you want to enjoy it. Many great restaurants on the street and few bars/clubs I didn’t go to. Walking through the doors is a wonderful surprise. They make a great Pisco Sour. Lovely lovely staff.. every single person I met was super helpful and kind beyond.

I had 2 rooms the first was extremely noisey from the sound of someone moving furniture all night to the load music but it was also the weekend so not necessarily the hotels fault. I was so tired from my day trips it didn’t bother me too much and I am a light sleeper.

The rooftop hotel bar and restaurant was fantastic. We arrived on the last day of the Premier League season. We were exhausted after hiking the Inca trail and needed a few hours to relax. The manager Mihail, and two employees,(Alexander and ?) spent 20 minutes figuring out how to get the Everton game for us. We relaxed, had some drinks and enjoyed the game. It was just what we needed. Thanks again for going above and beyond for us. Your kindness and humor made for a memorable stay. The views from the bar/restaurant at sunset are the best in the city. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Our stay could not have been better!

The property is fantastic. It’s in a perfect location - just a couple of blocks from the historic town but still quiet. Our room was great - with a balcony overlooking the cathedral - it was relaxing and comfortable. The rooftop bar was perfect for breakfast and for drinks and food at night. The team were all incredibly helpful. A big thank you to Juan Carlos and Nicole when we checked in who arranged for our motorbikes to be parked at the back of the hotel. And a big thank you to Jonathan who was incredibly helpful when we needed to stay an extra night. Our room had already been booked and so he upgraded us to a suite. Such great customer service.

Absolutely perfect location and a beautiful building with outstanding comfort , services and luxury touches. I would describe it as boutique. Many larger hotel chains aspire to this level but do not reach it . The jewel in the crown is the rooftop bar area where breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking spectacular views of the historic plaza one block away. Also wonderful for sunset drinks . Staff and management are friendly and often went that extra step to ensure stay was memorable.

Amazing location right in middle of the city. No need for taxis. Super comfy beds. Nice quality finishings. Lovely roof terrace drinks and breakfast. Noisy music on roof terrace but this stopped at 10pm each night so that was OK. Would defo stay again.

Showers so so, not very strong. Don't stay in room 309 as it's right under the roof bar and was so noisy. We asked to be moved at midnight, was a pain in the derriere but they did accommodate us in another smaller room very efficiently so we're not going to mark them down on that. They also refunded the £ difference.

The building was beautiful and it was nicely and sympathetically planned out. The rooftop bar for breakfast was really welcomed giving great views of Misti, Chachani & Pichu Pichu as well as the Cathedral and the rest of Arequipa.

A very minor point which doesn’t affect the overall rating is that there is no air conditioning and it was very warm in the room whilst trying to acclimatise to the altitude. There was no fan available either but there is a window above the door that was left open most of our stay.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to all amenities and historic buildings in Arequipa. The hotel is brand new, so all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and they served a great breakfast

The rooftop music can be a bit noisy from early morning until 10pm, which might not be ideal if you have an early morning tour from Arequipa.

The location is the best. Close to the main area of the city, walking distance from restaurants and the main Plaza. Also a good view from the vulcans.

The rooms in which we stayed, on the 3rd floor, were quite noise because they were located just under the rooftop. We could hear chairs and people.

Great selection, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff. The rooftop bar view is very memorable. The bellman of the hotel was very helpful and he anticipated all of our needs. He paid attention to details and was very attentive.

Not everything on the menu was available. The spa was nice but hot tub water was lukewarm which should have been hotter.

The clean room with good bed and balcony. Also the location and the view from the balcony are great. It is also very nice to have breakfast of a drink at night at the the roof terrace.

I really have to think of something, but nothing comes to mind.
