The hotel has a great location, you walk about 10-15 minutes to the main pier of the Island. The pool area is big, with enough loungers and the pool had an okay temperature (could be a little colder to be refreshing) They also have a beach area with a few loungers, right by the hotel. A little shop to buy snacks and a great coffee bar right in the same building. Breakfast was also nice, nice views but you don't have a big choice, there was a live egg station which was a bonus

the rooms are quite run down, especially the bathroom. It's fine for one night. The bathroom didn't smell great, I read that the Island in general has a sewage problem. But for the price you pay you shouldn't expect too much.

We arrived having booked, and having been confirmed a queen bed, but we were given two singles on arrival. I spoke with the manager who was rude and said this was not agreed and there was no large bed on the first evening. He refused to apologize and was blunt in his response when being asked why it was confirmed. Shame as the hotel is situated wonderfully on the beach and the pool is lovely.

A stunning resort, perfectly located, a short walk if you want the hustle and bustle of phi phi night life but far enough out of it for peace and quiet and relaxation, grounds well kept and villa was lovely, pool large and clean, private beach great, on site restaurant had nice food and great smoothies, staff were exceptional at hotel

Breakfast was ok but not amazing, the hotel doesn't serve alcohol which is not well advertised however it's a short walk to shop to bring your own back so not an issue for us, just a nice cocktail would have been lovely on the beach or by the pool without having to leave the complex

The door lock wasn't working properly. There were no mosquito nets Overall, the resort is good but I would like to share some thoughts about the island itself. Unfortunately, the beach was very dirty and the water was really polluted, you could see it when snorkeling and even feel it on your skin after coming out of the water. Flocks of careless tourists are simply devastating Phi Phi. We went for a walk on the beach to collect broken glass and plastic, although we knew this was not nearly enough. Locals are not very friendly, I guess they are simply fed up with overtourism and I get it

Great location a short walk from the main hustle and bustle of Phi Phi. Lovely breakfast and really nice pool. Staff were amazing.

A few cushions on the balcony furniture would be nice.

We liked this place the bed are very hard but we liked that, the location was perfect, the breakfast was good great choices. we weren't very impressed with the water and there was construction right on the beach beside the hotel when we were there, we get that work has to get done it didn't bother us but it's not exactly stunning beaches on phi phi we found it unfortunately to be quite polluted in areas, shame of the mass tourism really but we also added to that, we wouldn't go to phi phi again defiantly nicer island's. Pool was nice but very chlorinated. The guys picking you up and dropping you back from the pier are amazing in that heat, pushing your bags around, TVdon't forget to tip them well.

The resort is beautiful - right by the beach. The pool is lovely, I love swimming in a pool with a view of the beach. The staff are always helpful & super nice!!

We didn’t stay in a villa, we stayed in the deluxe rooms & the sound of the wind was absolutely insane. Little wind sounds through the room, it sounded like the structure could not handle the wind so many building sounds (banging, knocking etc). It didn’t appear windy elsewhere but as soon as we’d go to our rooms it honestly sounded insane and woke me up multiple times. The wind cannot be controlled I understand that I think the building needs to be double checked!

Location quiet. Clean and well run. Staff could smile more. I requested that the room safe be opened do i could use but never happened. Requested in advance that as slightly disable they allocate a room near facilities but ignored.

this is an impressive hotel but DO NOT book with inclusive breakfast unless you enjoy Thai hot food you would maybe eat for lunch or dinner. As an international resort with most guest from around the word i do not understand why they refuse international style breakfast. Inclusive breakfast costs money but the staff refused any request for example,bacon. So i was forced to have boring egg on toast each day. There are plenty of cafes offering american/european breakfast and much cheaper. Finally is was astounded that despite the above, they show a sign to the breakfast room with a photo of a plate with eggs and bacon !!

The resort is located a bit away from Tonsai Pier but still quite close - around a 15-minute walk. On top of this, it has access to its own beach with crystal clear waters. The resort is spread around a big area with a large number of villas, a couple of outdoor swimming pools, its own gym, and restaurant. The villas are good size, very comfortable and well equipped as for the resort's three stars. The selection of food for breakfast was good as well, with both traditional cooked Thai cuisine and continental food. It is convenient that the resort provides baggage trolley service from Tonsai Pier straight to the hotel as the island operates no car traffic. In general, I would definitely recommend.

The only thing we didn't like was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the restaurant for a meal.

Wow!! What a place. I have stayed on Phi Phi before but this time was different. This resort was everything you could want. The staff were so lovely and kind. The pool was amazing even though the water was very warm. It was such a good place for couples and families. Right next to a stunning beach!!! The restaurant was unbeatable. The food was the best on Phi Phi and such a good price. There was also a laundrette next to the hotel was is ideal. The bungalows we stayed in were super nice and clean. It was about a 15 min walk from the centre which was perfect as you could be in the night life or not! Try the amazing Pirates House for food as well. They have some awesome live music and the food is incredible. Such a vibe in there. The massages attached the hotel were 5 star Can’t wait to come back here again!!

The only 2 things that would have made our stay even better were if the bed was comfier. It was super hard which is no good for my back 🤣 Also the toilet kept making a funny noise all the time but it is a small island which the not the greatest of draining systems so thankful we had a lovely bathroom! 2 things we could definitely deal with.
