The location was absolutely ideal -- close to shopping and the castle, and very easy to get to from the train station. The suite was quite large with king size bed and very nice bathroom. The kitchenette was very handy and saved me lot of money because I prepared my own meals rather than eating in pricey restaurants. Also the coffee machine and supplied coffee pods were quite welcome and the coffee was delicious.

The hot water handle on the kitchen sink faucet was loose and tended to fall off although I easily overcame the problem. The shower drain was quite plugged up and the floor of the shower cubicle filled to capacity quickly. However, I mentioned both problems to management who seemed quite concerned and vowed to fix the problems. The only other thing I would suggest is to supply a box of facial tissues or a roll of paper towels and perhaps some packs of salt and pepper.

Great location in the middle of town down a quiet side street. Peaceful spot. Plenty of food and drink options nearby - bus and train stations minutes away. Easy access instructions received in good time. Very clean. Great comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities were useful and I had everything i needed.

Some wear to room - cracked tiles in bathroom and shower didn't drain well which was the only downside. Bathroom door didn't shut properly. Otherwise no issues.

Location was great, near to everything, starbucks 2 mins away ! Very comfortable, clean, housekeeping were just lovely, even dropped me some Gluten free cookies off. Felt safe, and looked after, without feeling intruded upon. Kitchen had just what I needed, great stay!!

I need lots of cushions to be comfy, so more cushions downstairs, the freezer door kept dropping off, needs a mend, smaller shower head needs replacing, these weren't things that hindered my stay, but just need attention, again a great stay !

The beds and bedding were extremely comfy. The bathroom was also excellent, and the tea and coffee facilities also just right. Overall very comfortable.

Outside is relatively noisy, especially on the ground floor. There is a lot of footfall late at night, when people are often very drunk and shouty. Secondary glazing in the ground floor rooms would really improve the comfort level. Also, the smoke alarm in apartment 3 is placed directly above the cooker so that every time we tried to cook something we set off the fire alarm for the whole building! This happened three times. I understand the need for safety but the alarm is placed where any heat, not just smoke, sets it off.

The studio apartment was very comfortable with all the necessary mod-con furnishings for a comfortable self-catering stay. Really appreciated the modern facilities and large open space (and high ceilings) despite it being a studio. Bed was comfortable and because there was not very many studios within the building itself, we didn't receive too much noise or disruption from other occupants.

The loud and disruptive sounds outside the window every morning we were there owing to the maintenance of a building opposite, which unfortunately can't be helped. It is very central and right in town so some noise was expected.

Our shower the water took ages to go down . I did report it but no one came . So could not stay in for long in case it over flow over the sides . The extractor fan didn't work . The tiles in the bathroom and kitchen had lots of cracks in them and uneven . Just a few touch up in places would make it perfect

Great location, good concept, lovely view of Music Room Square, many nearby options for meals out or grocery shopping.

Some of the fittings a bit scratched, cracks in floor tile grouting, evidence of damp from room above in kitchen area, bathroom window frame showing signs of water damage, shower arrangement meant hubby caused a mini flood on the shelf behind. Oh, and the stairs are really steep!

Clean, comfortable, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent central location (5 min walk to bus and railway station). It is very quiet (except Saturdays when you can hear a bit of noise for The Pub but it is ok when with windows closed and it all stops at the midnight). A lovely cafe Music room right across the road. Staff always responds messages. I had wonderful time there and very grateful for this stay!

It was a lovely cosy apartment at the top of the building. The bathroom was big with a nice walk in shower. The bathroom is next to the kitchen but that was fine, it is an open plan kitchen and lounge which was comfy. The kitchen had the basics for a little cooking which was fine. It had a double hob and microwave but no oven. There are TV's on each floor, the one in the lounge works fine and I could cast to it from my phone; it also gets TV from a Sky box. The one in the bedroom didn't seem to work properly. The bed is firm but comfortable and the apartment was really warm. The area the apartment in is quiet but there is some noise from streets further away; mainly in the lounge as that has single glazing. The bedroom is in the loft space so it has low slanted ceilings and beams which you need to duck under, I did bash my head once in the night getting up. The roof lights are double glazed and have blinds. The view is lovely across the top of the city, you can see the top of the castle in one direction and across the city to the Ashton Memorial in the other direction. Despite a few little niggles it was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

They could do with some more equipment in the kitchen, like scissors. The kitchen is set up for basic and minimal cooking. It is up several flights of narrow steps and there is a set of steps up to the bedroom which has a low ceiling so tall people need to be careful when going up and down the stairs. Being in the city centre and the windows on the main room being single glazed there was a lot of noise at night but I had ear plugs so this didn't bother me. It will be the same in any city centre apartment.

The place was very clean and absolutely smashed it out the park, the bed was very comfortable and I had one of the best nights sleep, brilliant location as right in the city centre. Also received a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival upon request which was lovely.

The parking was very expensive. The room was also missing a glass as there was only one but there were wine glasses and champagne flutes, had to change the tv remote batteries.
