Cheap friendly staff spacious room. Simple but delicious breakfast. Very quiet area and quiet beach

Very quiet area, a bit far from Alona beach where its touristic

beautiful and spacious garden premises with swimming pool for a very budget price ! :) 15 min by trycicle from the airport. only 200 PhP for 4 pax (they have spacious trycicles). The staff may call it for you with n extra charge. A beautiful garden territory, with lots of trees and shade,with a very nice chill-out area. Clean swimming pool. Spacious 2-room appartments, with a kitchenette, hot water in the shower. Quiet place & nice staff. A quiet beach with white sand is within a 5-min walk from the resort. If you want a more joyful beach with many facilities and cafes and scuba diving, you'll find it on Alona beach, 10 min by trycicle.

The breakfast was among a few things that we didn't like. A small choice of Filipino dishes, with a sausage or corn beef being the main part of it. We like Filipino cuisine very much, but the breakfast was less tasty thta we had expected: no brewed coffee, only instant, the so called "hot chocolate" (Milo, with creamer, not milk) was dissappointing, and they even did't have tea bags, no tea at all. They don't cook, so your option is to ask them to order take away food for you. I don't know from which cafe it has been ordered, but our sinigang na sugpo and deinks were no tasty. Also the staff couldn't provide a table tennis ball, and they didn' have their own voleyball ball, so we couldn't use their sport facilities. But this was a temporary problem :)

Very nice staff. They will help if you ask. Breakfast is great. Want two eggs? Ask. Want bacon? Ask. Free water in rooms. Room was huge. Couple of lights/fans didn’t work but there’s plenty of fans and lights. There are cooking facilities and kettle. It’s a really great hotel/resort. Grounds are clean and tidy. Great for kids. Pool is good. Five of us and one baby and we had a great time. Book a boat trip, go snorkelling and island hopping. Visit the Bohol Ocean Fantasy Show, it’s great for all ages. Fantastic beach 400 metres away with boats and restaurants. Great walk down there then enjoy a huge white sand beach. This really is a great place. Shame they don’t do meals other than breakfast but it’s not that kind of place. Use your phone and Grab delivers. Free WiFi.

The front desk ladies were so helpful! Mario, the Italian breakfast host, was magnifico- the best! I loved it that whenever we requested for something to be repaired, the staff went above and beyond to make it happen. Whenever we asked for something that was supposed to be in the room ( such as plates, silverware, pots/pans etc...) it was brought to our room. The children loved the pool. We all loved the breakfast choices (the tocino was Da Bomb!).

I didn't like it that our room wasn't truly ready for us although we arrived so late. We were able to get into the room right away, but the toilet floor was flooded, the door was making a super loud sound when opened and closed... no utensils, no plates, no pans. Nevertheless, when we asked at the front desk to get the repairs done, the maintenance staff did the repairs (a hose was replaced in the bathroom and the door was taken off to sand off a little bit of the wood at the bottom).

The resort is clean, cozy and family friendly type of accomodation. They provide clean drinking water for free. The room has ref, good working aircon and heaters which is plus especially if you’re travelling with kids. I also like that we have a dining set, mini kitchen and sofas inside the room - very convenient. The pool is cool also 🥰

Not much that I didn’t like but I would suggest that it would be a plus if the resort has it’s own mini cafe or store to sell some essentials.

This is our second time staying here. We ended up in all the different apartments because of availability. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for your kindness. Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend Nickles Park.

On the end ground floor apartment there was a drip onto the roof outside the window which kept me awake. When I told the staff it was seen to but although duller it was still there.

Breakfast is good, location is walking distance to the beach and they have their own rental scooter which we used to go to the city centre. My family enjoyed the swimming pool.

going to the hotel is a little bit challenging as it is not a concrete road but rough road. we booked 3 units, 2 apt and 1 deluxe room, 1 apt is located at the 3rd floor which is not senior citizen friendly as you need to go up using the stairs. the deluxe room is under a mango tree, during our stay it is mango season, so every time there's always a mango falling from the tree going to our roof, it is ok at daytime but it is annoying during the night.

Big room, good for a family and has an actual kitchen in the room. It basically looks like an apartment for a small family. The amenities outside are playground, pool, garden, barbeque stove, long table for a family gathering, there is a free parking, there is veranda, and the place is very peaceful, few minutes walk to the beach, and it was cheap. It's amazing how they managed to give everything we need for a cheap rate. They also have free breakfast.

The facilities were fantastic. Was so nice having so much space and the use of a microwave and kettle. The shower was always hot, and have a separate tray so the whole bathroom floor didn’t get wet. The pool was nice and was cleaned regularly. The aircon was the best we have had across the Phillipines. The motorbike we rented from them was the best bike we have used in our 7 months of travel.

They didn’t provide much cutlery or plates/bowls, etc, so we had to buy some. They also didn’t provide any cleaning liquid or sponge.

Hello Nickles!!! Thank you ever so much indeed for accomodating two of my best friends in your establishment. Though I did not see them personally, I do know that you took great care of them and for that I am delighted! Soonest, when I come back to Panglao I will again book and finally stay and experience what they told me was a wonderful stay in Nickes Resort. Cheers!
