The food items that were set up daily, along with the refrigerated items were a wonderful quality.

I didn't realize the property was operated remotely and access into the building was through a code that was not responding at the entrance. Access into the building had its challenges, but ultimately everything worked out, everyone was very kind. The location is like a hostile, but it was very nice! Washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, lovely courtyard, and dining area. You will enjoy staying there!

Good location near town center and train station. Beautiful property, lovely garden, garage to store bikes overnight. Clean room, nice decoration in the whole building.

Self service access somewhat complicated, you definitely need a smartphone, and a careful read of multiple email and sms communications. There was no staff on site. We went down for breakfast somewhat late and there was no more butter, and only half a glass of orange juice left.

The air con is silent and exceptional in hot weather! The room was small but perfectly formed and decorated, the bed very comfy. The shared spaces, well equipt and beautifully maintained and gorgeous modern decor, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed and for a great price in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

I liked it all but I guess if you are not very phone savvy you may struggle with everything being QR code based access wise. ( I personally loved the convenience) Just make sure you have battery on your phone!

Room was modern, clean with nice bathroom and good sized shower in excellent central location near the cathedral and had a bike store.

Access was a bit complex but ok once you worked it out. We were told that we would receive an email with instructions for the bike store but this never arrived so we had to take the bikes through the living room to the store as we couldn't use the garage door.

Breakfast. Limited selection, poor quality not worth the money paid for breakfast. Very disappointed with access being cancelled before 10 am when the check out was at 12:00 noon. Please explain. Why was keyless entry cancelled and staff allowed access to the rooms to start cleaning before we checked out and left the accommodation?

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

I'm too old for technology so the entrance system was a little confusing for us but the actual concept is a great idea as long as your phone battery hasn't gone flat or a power cut in the building but other than my technology phobia it was a great place to stay

If your phone is out of order there is no way to access to the hotel

It is a bit weird that the lady who cleans the room inrude my bedroom without my permission. I was sleeping and heared the lady knocking the door. When I got up and she was just opening my door because I didn’t response it. It wasn’t a pleasant experience
