The location is perfect, it is easy to walk into town. Free parking on their own terrain is a big plus. Breakfast is good if you like sweet things. Mostly contains cakes but no pain au chocolate unfortunately. Coffee is very good. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Staff is really nice and friendly

The price sits a bit on the high end. Rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny. Only 1 tea bag for 2 persons and it doesn't get a refill. So 1 bag for 2 persons for 3 days. No coffee at all. The airconditioning unit makes a lot off noise. Especially at night when everything is quiet.

The location and hotel were very good. The stuff was supportive. It's not that English speaking, but they did the best to try and help. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well maintined

We arrive during the heat wave, and the r Aircondition was not working. As this was Sunday, the maotbince team was not working, so the only available option was to switch the triple room to double. The front desk tries to do the best. It was not convenient, but still, we managed as it was one night

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening to a full car park. Upon checking in, the receptionist was very charming and friendly. She assisted with making space to park our car, which was very much appreciated. The check-in process was very quick and efficient. The room was large enough for our needs, and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows provided. A very pleasant stay.

The price was relatively high for a standard out-of-town hotel.

Unfortunately, we had a skin problem from the shower gel/soap - it doesn't come off the skin (remains very oily or slippery) and it dried my skin very quickly - I've never experienced anything like that. We didn't have shower gel with us because of the limited amount of liquids in our luggage but because of the problems with the one at the hotel, we had to buy one for the duration of the vacation. Nothing serious, but just as a suggestion, maybe change it to something that contains less silicones

After four nights spent at this hotel, I highly recommend it. We got nice room with comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathroom, and enough storage place. Walls, door and window cancelled any noise very well. There was variety of delicious and local products for breakfast and breakfast hours were long enough to accomodate us. Restaurant also offered tasty dinner choices. We also praise the staff, always smiling, helpful, and they speaked english goog enough. There was also no problem with parking spaces.

Lack of vegetables for breakfast - they would probably make our stay 10/10. Our room faced a busy street, but with window closed, noise cancelling was very good.

Excellent location, friendly staff, modern clean rooms and very good sound isolation and airco.

We got a room on the third floor. The ceiling is angled and too low for me, so I hurt my head getting out of bed. Breakfast is special with local products, so nice for adults (large assortment of cheese, some fresh fruit,…), but less so for small children (no orange juice, only apple and berry juice, no real nutella, no scrambled eggs,…)

Good location to the old town- about a 25 minute easy walk. That is handy as Parking in the old town is hard to find. The front desk fellow working the afternoon shift on our arrival on Monday (sorry can’t remember is name but he sounded German ) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The room could use an overhead light as it was a little hard to read a map at night.

The first room we had was unfortunately not the best as the isolation was terrible and we could hear all from the other rooms and the corridor. Really hard to sleep and we woke up several times due to the other people’s noise. We had an issue with the key of our room so had to change, the second one was better, a little bigger and way less noisy.

Staff were very friendly. We were able to store our luggage before check in. The room was comfortable with a good shower and wifi. There is a supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel. Bus C drops you off right by the hotel from the train station.

The hotel was a little out of town and the Christmas markets (a 20 min walk), but we knew this in advance. The price was high for the standard of hotel, but this is usual during the Christmas market period.

Very clean room, espacially the bathroom (shower) was very clean. Great beds, almost no sound from neighbouring rooms, amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and fun comfy breakfast/dinner area. A great plus is the play area for kids with toys and a tv.

The dinner was only available from 19u. Having a younger child makes this a bit to late. But seeing as it is France, the norm is to eat a bit later so no problem at al.
