I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, with a park in front and everything from bars to shopping just a few steps away. The modern design of the hotel's bar and restaurant was impressive, creating a stylish atmosphere. The space was calm, fresh, and very clean, making my stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I got a free late check-out. I will definitely choose this hotel for all my future stays in Bad Homburg and will also recommend it to all my friends.

The room refrigerator was empty, and beverages were only available in the lobby.

The hotel is very nice, luxurious. Pet friendly, great location near a nice park, large paid parking. The room is really nice,comfy and clean.

The restaurant lobby was half full and one worker, he was obviously stressed but also extremely not nice He was laughing at our questions related to the food (due to some allergies) and was simply antipathic. We just wanted to finish and go (prices were so high, but feeling was ugly). The reception team is ok, but also, any kind of discussion with them feels unpleasant. So the hotel is so nice... but the team is really not.

It's one of the better hotels in Bad Homburg in a nice residential location with comfortable, spacious rooms, a nice restaurant for dinner, and a very good and extensive breakfast. I have stayed here a few times for work and have mostly had a very good experience.

The room temperature / air-conditioning does not always work efficiently and in more recent stays, the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed and the front office/reception staff also seemed less experienced.

Great location two minutes walk to the Main Street and overlooking a large park. Our suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast. We chose Bad Homburg as a convenient town for an overnight stay before returning the rental car to FRA and our onward flight. The airport is less than 30 minutes away and Bad Homburg proved to be a delightful town to visit.

The room was fantastic and of very high quality as was the hotel overall. The staff were very friendly and the bar made excellent cocktails!

There was a persistent smell in the bathroom which I reported on the first day but as it was Christmas time so I don’t think it could be addressed. There was no shower gel available. The bar service was very slow as the hotel appeared understaffed during the Christmas week. That said the staff were lovely and hard working.

Great hotel, decor and ambience. Good location near town center. Everything is walking distance. Rooms were great. Food selection was a bit limited given one restaurant only but good. Great Vibe in the hotel overall.

- staff is less so sometimes housekeeping will suffer and dusting of room was not done. Or items not replaced. - quite expensive but we had a suite - paid bottled water everyday for a long stay at EUR 5 is a bit steep.

Nice sized room in a good location. Parking was very handy but a bit pricey. The staff was helpful and it was an easy stay.

We had a first floor room facing the front of the hotel. It was a little loud with the window open as patrons would convene out front of the hotel and off to the side in order to smoke.

Large quiet room with nice interior design and good lighting. Comfortable room temperature. The shower and bathroom are pretty. Convenient location, you can walk to the city center in minutes.

The toilet was looking clean but had a strong urine smell when opening the lid.

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed the room, it has good view and location. We arrived on car and the hotel has convenient parking. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was also a very good one with diversity of options available. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel facilities and the breakfast were very good. We paid a decent price (with discount, free room upgrade and breakfast included because of my genius 3 level). I would certainly like to go back to this hotel. It's probably the fanciest and nicest hotel in Bad Homburg.

Due to the AC system, the air in the room felt very dry. We got a deluxe double room, but the bed was actually 2 single beds together, so there was this gap in the middle, not nice for a couple. There were only 2 spots for charging electric cars in the parking lot, so I would like to suggest more stations and also pre reservation for those spots. The restaurant was nice but pricy.
