I had back surgery on 3/27 and made reservations for the 28th-30th. I arrived at 9:00pm on the 27th and was told I couldn't check in until midnight. When I came back at midnight I was met by a different person who told me I couldn't check in until 4:00 am. I explained my situation but was met with zero empathy or compassion. I finally got checked in at 545am. All of this was so unnecessary !

Breakfast was excellent. It was fresh, hot and a large selection for all tastes. The location was perfect. I needed a place convenient to DHR hospital. It was close to gas stations and food, but away from the congestion on the other end of Trenton Road. Perfect for traveling alone also because this hotel has a very well lit parking lot and an attendant awake and on duty all night.

We had a little problem with the heater the first night, but it was quickly resolved.

the washing machine was broken near us. we had to go way to the otherside to do laundry, so I felt I needed to stay. no where to sit and wait. there were 2 washing machines on the other end, but only 1 was working.

After my back surgery, I decided to stay longer and everything was nice and quiet. Pleasant staff; Ashley was extremely nice and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. To

Bed was comfy and desk was helpful. Breakfast was standard hotel food.

Pool wasn't heated ,some damages in master king suit bathroom. Shower head was way to small and wouldn't stay up.

The breakfast was tasty and included refried beans, which is a good option for vegetarians. The furniture in the room was solid wood and nicely polished, and the bathroom was cleaned and elegantly tidied each day.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was great. The pool was nice and clean.

There was a group of men drunk and listening to the music really loud. I didn't like that at all, there was alot of families and that wasn't right.

Breakfast was better than most. Cleanliness was good but what is needed in commode area is a handle bar. Seat is very low and hard to get up with nothing to assist.

It was peaceful and clean. Check in was easy and staff is very friendly and helpful

Throughout my stay I encountered several cockroaches in my room.

Room was clean, with everything functioning properly. No problems with TV, bath, shower, or toilet. No shortage of hot water, and all lights worked. Breakfast was very good and fresh with wide selection. Nothing at all worthy of a complaint.

Perhaps an ice machine on every floor, but it's not so big that a short walk to the first floor isn't feasible.
