It was perfect for our stay. It was quiet! Front desk was very nice and I wish I would have gotten his name because I’d really like him to be recognized for his kindness. As we were walking towards check out I heard an elderly lady asking for directions as she too was checking out and he kindly took the time to explain to her a couple of times until she was able to understand. I thought that was very nice of him. Breakfast was good and checking in and out was simple and fast. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy! Thanks!

Well everything was great but if I had to mention something I didn’t like it would be that there were no eggs for breakfast but that’s ok! Everything else great.

The comfort and cleanliness was great as well as the breakfast variety.

When I got to the hotel I was surprised with having to pay a $100 deposit that I won't get back for 5 to 10 business days. I had already paid over $500 and I thought the deposit was included in that price 🙄 so that took away from my spending money that I had budgeted for tjis trop

Before we left for the day on Saturday morning I asked for extra towels to be sent to the room and when we got back from a day at the beach at 9 or 10 pm we needed the towels so we could all shower before bed. Since no one brought the towels I called the desk to ask for some and was told we couldn’t get any until morning. We 6 all had to share two towels that were in the bathroom.

We liked the amenities that came with the room. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very kid friendly. My son and I are big orange juice fans and we loved that it had no pulp and it was really cold.

I think the only 2 things that I didn't like that caught my eye was that the bathroom was not 100% clean and the water was a little slimy. Our toilet was dirty from the outside, underneath the bowl. When we took a shower the water felt very slimy which made the tub very slippery and made it hard for the soap to come off.

Location, very clean, quiet times observed, modern brightly kept surroundings.

Used fitness center and dissapointed that there was a leak right inthe middle of the room...there was a bucket and wert floor sign that i had to keep dodging. Also when checking in although there were 4 individuals at the counter they were discussing something and it took several minutes before we were acknowledged and greeted.

Obviously recently updated so the room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was one ofbthe best we have had.

The bath tub faucet had a pretty good constant drip and the stopper wouldn't stay up. So when we got there we found a tub with about 2 inches of water in it.

The staff were very nice and helpful The rooms were clean The location was great very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants

There were loud people woke me up throughout the night I wish hotels would make rooms a little more sound proof.

Courteous staff and cleanliness of hotel

The bathroom door in room 310 didn't have a handle or knob on the inside of the bathroom door. My wife got locked inside the bathroom, it was a good thing I was in the room she would have been stuck inside the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom also went out on Saturday night but came back on Sunday morning.

Room was very clean, and everything we needed was provided for.

You can hear walking from the room upstairs, breakfast was okay (not a lot of variety). The shower door squeaks so loud when it slides (kind of annoying especially when someone is sleeping) and water pressure needs improvement.

convenient location and staff was great. we had 4 rooms and everyone was ok except for the two handicapped rooms.

because we were in a handicap room I was very concerned about the bathroom door. I closed it and then couldn’t get out. had to wait till my husband to return to open the sliding door that has no handle on the inside of the bathroom. not happy. I felt trapped.
