We had an excellent 3 day stay in Arezzo at Ghibellino B&B. Yuri was an excellent host. His restaurant tips were all top tips and v good value, all within 5 mins walk. The train station is less than 10 mins away, as are all the attractions. Della Francesca's "Legend of the True Cross" frescoes are especially amazing. Cortona is a 10 min train ride for a lovely day-trip too. Florence is one hour by train away, as is Perugia.

Yuri, our host was so accommodating and welcoming. Very responsive whenever a question was asked of him. Always a huge smile and helpful to us. He recommended a great restaurant for dinner and we enjoyed it all. Location was perfect. Close to everything in the historic centre. The building itself is very old, of course, but so interesting. Very clean and perfect for us. Lots of options for breakfast and a coupon for "second breakfast" at a fabulous local cafe.

Everything was really good. Beds were a bit softer than the Euro mattresses that I've experienced (which can be rather hard). But this is a personal preference and we were all three of us quite comfy.

Location is perfect. If you are arriving with car, you can leave the car on near by parking (We arrived at around 8 pm and left at 11 am, it was around 6-7 euros, parking is 3 min walk from accomadation). Rooms are clean and host is polite and kind.

In room you get prepacked bakery products, in my opinion that is not breakfast. And you get cupon for ‘breakfast’ in near by coffee shop, cupon is for coffee and some pastries which we didn’t like so we ordered something else and, of course, paid for that. That is nothing bad, but just to keep in mind that you won’t get proper breakfast

Excellently located in quiet street in the old part of Arezzo. Yuri the host was very helpful and the rrom was well equiped with tea, coffee, bisquits etc. Breakfast was down the street in a charming café about 200 m. away. Access by car needs to be coordinated with Yuri as it is in a ZTL zone. This however worked well coordinated through Whats App.Parking in public place is not too complicated and you can drive to the hotel and unload before parking the car.

The property is in the city center of Arezzo, the rooms are very spacious, clean and confortable. Communication with Yuri was very easy, he guided us on where to park, saved us a parking spot and picked us up at the parking lot so we wouldn’t have to take out luggage walking. He gave us recommendations on what to visit, restaurants to eat and was available always during our stay.

Host was warm welcoming helpful and very generous with breakfast provisions expresso coffee as well as coffee and pastry voucher for a lovely old establishment in Main Street Location historic centre. 10 min walk to train and just 5 min or so to all main sites Room spacious. Super clean. Super comfy. Kitchen area with microwave. Very quiet. Appreciated the wee ‘garden’ balcony

Very minor and only a note for those with fragrance sensitivity. Seemed to permeate the building and room but suspect most folk would like or not notice

We really enjoyed our stay at Yuriy’s apartment. It is located in a perfect location of Arezzo town center. Yuriy is very nice, friendly and is such a great host. There were two breakfasts: one provided in the room and the other is at the cafe nearby. The room is clean and has basic amenities we need. Thanks to Yuriy for making us feel so welcomed.

The apartment is located in a stunning historic building, with a room that is both spotless and fully equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and Yuri was present at check-in, offering exceptional help, care, and generosity. I highly recommend his B&B.

I liked everything

Large room with kitchenette, dining table and free snacks. Yuri was a terrific host, offering recommendations on restaurants, places to visit, and car parking. Coupon for Italian breakfast at a well-known cafe was a great start to the day. Newly renovated bathroom.

The location is wonderful right in the middle of this beautiful city. Our host Yuri is the best! He will look after you. He met us at the apartment and handled our luggage and drove us down to the parking area. When we had to leave, he picked us up at the apartment and drove us with the luggage to the parking area. The property is in the middle of Arezzo. I vote the shower to be number 1 in Italy and after 5 trips to Italy, I must say the apartment is most original property we have ever stayed in. If you want to visit a great city this is one you should come to and stay with Yuri, you won’t be disappointed.
