A nice, modern hotel close to the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good English, the room had all the needed amenities. There was even a splendid restaurant in the hotel basement and a pool as well.

Although close to the beach, there is no seaview. The sauna was not in operation unfortunately. The breakfast did not meet expectations.

The location was good near to the boulevard by walking , staff are polite and helpful. The room was big and clean, free parking was available for the car .

The hotel located in the city center near popular landmarks cafe and shops. We arrived early in the morning by train and got early check-in without extra charge (thanks for that!). We stayed in a junior suite for the weekend with breakfast included. The room is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite varied, including some local Georgian dishes. We also used the swimming pool and sauna which were very comfortable.

Very close walking to the beach. The rooms were very clean, water was hot and strong, AC worked well, and breakfast was good. Most of all, staff was reliable: we booked an airport pickup and had a smooth pickup despite a delay. Also, no issues with the elevator compared to some other stays in batumi...

breakfast is ok, nothing special. The dining room is fairly clean and cozy. The location is great close to everything. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean. The shower spoils you with a nice good stream of hot water. pleasure.

The pool was emptied for maintenance while we were there, so it was a disappointment to the kids. We booked 2 rooms one of them a triple room, yet, in the triple room, one bed is an opening sofa which isn't very comfortable. According to the reception that's the only arrangement for 3 the hotel has, which is too bad.

In general, everything was clean and the room was spacious with a balcony, the breakfast was good, the pool and sauna were clean and pleasant, the staff was professional and helpful

There should be some improvements - the carpet in the room needs a general cleaning, because there are many visible spots with dirt and the walls above the bed have peeling wallpaper

the room carpet wasn't clean enough, they don't serve coffee during breakfast! I received a smaller room, although I ordered a bigger one, there wasn't enough space for the suitcase But most of the rooms are very large

The staff was extremely kind, funny and helpful, provided great advice for a short stay. The room was very clean, large, the bed extremely comfortable. The balcony, with chairs and a table was really great to have a wine in the evening. The location is great, with everything you need in walking distance.

Breakfast wasn’t good. When I called the number provided on the booking, the person who answered said she was not working today. Could you please provide the contact number of the person who is permanently responsible for bookings?

Great location, 5 minutes from the sea. It is really convenient. Comfortable room and tasty breakfast. Stress-resistant receptionist, my boyfriend said some unpolitely thing and he was calm.

When we came, we found out that the manager of the hotel had made a mistake. we have been waiting for an hour to know if they could settle us.
