There was a deposit that was not mentioned when I booked. When we arrived, they didn't have any rooms with a single king size bed which is what we had reserved. The next day we were able to move to a room with a king size bed. Elizabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful in making that happen. She is a genuinely nice person and absolutely an asset to the facility.

Not having a king size bed room when we arrived in spite of that being what we reserved. The night clerks attitude was not great.

I liked the fact that everything went accordingly with no hiccups.

I was not happy with the price compared to the room I got and the door to the outside was exit only . So to get inside the room I had to walk almost 15 minutes and that ate up so much of my time. I wish that the hallways weren't so hot and uncomfortable to want in especially if you have a long way to go. Well I can't afford to stay anymore nights and have to sleep in the streets.

Rooms were really nice and good looking

First room we were in had an AC/Heater that didn't work and it was super cold and we're moved to a room that was technically an upgraded version of the original room that went from a king suite with a chair to a king suite with a sofa and the sofa was missing and the curtains were see through so for a valentines weekend getaway there's not much we could do at all. Also none of the bathrooms had an exhaust so if you had to go #2 it would linger for almost an hour.

Great value for the money, staff was attentive, breakfast was nice.

The price that I paid for the room was great I mean for the room that I got. Queen size pull out sofa even had an extra door to where you could go into the inside pool and it even had a safe and I only paid $79 through if you are in the Oklahoma City area and you are wanting to go to a concert at the zoo amphitheater you were only 13 minutes away I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a good neighborhood but it's not an upscale neighborhood. But for the type of hotel this is it is definitely worth it right down the street is Chili's waffle House anything you need is right down the street

We arrived later than expected due to our plane being late, then missing our connection flight. The lady on reception gave us a warm welcome. As there was only coffee in our room and I don't drink coffee, she found me some tea bags and milk. This I appreciated as I was tired and in need of a cup of tea.

Nothing to dislike.

- Free airport shuttle - Free breakfast (starts at 6am) - Bed and room are large and comfortable.

My room is on the first floor and there're two entrances for my room, one on each side, which is somewhat weird. There're people outside of one of my doors that is near the common area talking. No harm or anything, just weird room design.

I like the breakfast didn't get a chance to swim in the pool there was a lot of people

What I didn't like was they said they were going to upgrade our room which I think they should have gave us a suite for what they did to us last time which I won't even mention on here. Just because a simple fact that has something to do with one of their employees......

We like the location. The food at the Restaurant was good for the kids. The people there was very nice. And the lady the came and picked us up was Awesome. And the guy at check in was great. The whole staff was great at making our stay perfect.

I didn't like the little bar area . Need a better drink choices 😪 😩

Good price, comfortable

It would be nice to have a hot water dispenser in the little shop in the lobby or somewhere- or a place to get hot coffee and tea 24/7. Some of us are insomnia inclined. The coffee maker in the room didn’t appear hygienic or safe.
