Cute English pub with fantastic lodging. Friendly staff, great location, and possibly the best fish and chips I have had in my life. Highly recommended!

Not much to dislike. As others have said (so I knew this going in), it is next to the main road (which is barely avoidable, especially in London), so there is sum street noise, even in the room that faced the side street. And indeed, pub patrons may be a little loud as they wait for their taxi/uber. However, even though I was there on a Saturday night, it was not excessive and did not go on for too long.

We stayed in the family room 1 night before Hampton court palace. The family room is in a separate building just across from the pub garden, up some stairs. Felt private and separate. The decor in the room was brilliant. Everything was clean and tidy. Smelt nice when we entered. The sheets were crisp and white. Coffee, tea, fridge, small Prosecco, fresh milk, bottle opener, all complimentary. Bunk beds were behind a little partial wall so felt separate. Mattress on the soft side which isn’t my preference but still slept well. Towels fluffy. Shower powerful, toiletries lovely quality. Breakfast choices and quality was EXCELLENT. All staff were lovely. Pub clean. Evening meal choices were really good and we got a discount on the meal for staying there. Would go back in a heartbeat. It’s in the ulez Zone but for the quality this still wouldn’t put me off. Only about a 10 mins drive from Hampton court.

It’s a beautiful pub with very welcoming staff everyone was lovely . It has a great atmosphere which is reflected in the staff . The rooms were beautiful , great shower and nice and quiet . Lovely and clean and everything was well thought out . Very comfortable bed and felt really homely . Nice complimentary drinks and snacks in minibar . The food is fantastic also best fish and chips we have had in a long time . Excellent location 10mins from the station walking . One of the best hotel / pubs have stayed in in a long time . Nothing I can’t fault it

We really enjoyed our stay here. Since we were in London for a specific event, we didn't spend a lot of time at the Queens Head, and it's as much a gastropub as a hotel. If you're eating, sleeping or having a drink it's great. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Our one evening meal was adequate without being exceptional, and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient, delivering excellent service.

Location was in easy walking distance of Kingston train station so very convenient for me. The room was lovely. Well furnished and decorated, comfortable with a really nice selection of coffee and tea. There was also a fridge which was very useful with some complimentary items and real milk in a cute little bottle. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

I booked for three nights and had to have the key reset every day when I returned which was an inconvenience.

Lovely pub, staff very friendly, nice breakfast, comfortable bed.

The shower drain was clogged (Room 1) and so the water immediately began to pool in the shower tray when I turned the shower on. This was not a major issue for me as I only had 2 very quick showers while staying there, but it would have been an issue if I had needed to wash my hair as I worry the bathroom may have began to flood if I had not noticed. The room also lacked a workspace or dressing table so had I needed to do any work on my laptop, that would have been difficult, and it was tricky that there were no plug sockets close to the mirror for plugging in hairdryer, straighteners, etc.

Fantastic spacious family room, very clean. Appreciated attention to detail and perks like complimentary waters, beer and Prosecco. Free off road parking if reserved in advanced. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, delicious breakfast and they were willing to make changes to accommodate kids preferences etc. Will definitely stay again !

Can’t fault. Was worried we would be kept awake with the hotel being a pub but slept soundly no noise.

The Pub is lovely and very well furnished with the English pub style , we enjoyed it very much , the room was very comfortable and good size , nice 2 windows , our first room had a window problem didn’t open so they changed it right away . The bathroom is with a great shower and bath products , lovely towels , and very clean The staff is. Adorable , very helpful and kind . We truly recommend it for a true English pub experience .

Excellent Pub & cozy Hotel situated in a great location that allows you to easily travel by bus. Staff is very friendly staff and there is as well good food. The location is as well excellent for families with kids, as there is as well a park with a lake nearby. Richmond is super close, especially if you’re a Ted Lasso fan! We loved it and we hope to come back soon!

Staff was really friendly, pub food was great, decor of the whole place is gorgeous, and the shower was just perfect.

This sounds weird, but going down the stairs from the room to the pub, at any time of day or night, seeing the "paints" of a bunch of old past men, and then opening the door to another "paint" with a face looking at you, was kinda of freaky and scary 😂. Maybe for a place called Queen's Head you could have something more feminine or women empowering, not old men looking at you. I'm sorry, but was creepy, but funny at the same time how many times I got scared in the space of 48 hours.
