We liked the room a lot. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was big and modern. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The location was good. Lots of food and shopping options close by. The staff seemed very nice and accommodating.

There is a train nearby that we heard often but it didn’t keep us up at night. We could also hear anyone out in the hallway, but thankfully, no one was too noisy at night. The property does take a $300 deposit at check-in.

The location of the property, Midtown Miami, is a upscale community. The nearby surrounding area of the Hyde Hotel has many outdoor dining options along tall tree lined streets which adds to the charm of this neighborhood. The Hotel staff gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and can make food and dining suggestions. There is some retail shopping and a Trader Joes within a short walk. The one bedroom suite that i stayed in was large, clean, decorated nicely and had a large outdoor space facing the park. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and fitted with Malin+Goetz personal products to use. There are other facilities to the hotel such as the gym and pool that i did not use so I can only say they looked really nice.

There are no dining options onsite. However, within a short walk are many choices for dining and coffee. I ordered food to be delivered to the front desk and then I picked it up if you want to eat in your room. Doordash is fast and easy.

The hotel is new and beautiful, very well located, near the Design District. The room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. We had a minibar, a microwave and a coffee machine. Trader Joe's and Target stores are nearby. Starbucks, many shops and restaurants, too.

I have worked for luxury hotels in Brazil for many years and really don't like all the extra charges that hotels in the US do. I had to pay USD 30 per day as Resort Fee, but I never used the pool, the spa or any of the resort facilities. Why isn't that included in the room rate, if it's not optional? I chose a hotel (comparing to others based on the price and evaluation). Hyde hotel was listed on Booking with a room rate of USD 250, but on the weekends the rate went up to USD 300. I ended up paying a lot more than expected (USD 1,500 for 4 nights, without any extras, just room rate, various fees and taxes, and garage). The garage charge is ok, but Resort Fee? Seriously.

There was no breakfast service offered. A welcoming and informative Team at the front desk suggested we take in the local cafes for coffee and breakfast. The variety of choices are just steps away.

The need for a resort fee... I booked two rooms - one for friends traveling internationally and one for myself. Given there is no restaurant open all day, and no pool, all our activities were all outside the hotel. So we just used the elevator. So what is the resort fee for?

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. I also really liked the balcony. And I appreciated being able to turn on the AC even in the winter (maybe that’s common in Miami)

The lights outside were bright and the bars could be loud, but an eye mask and noise machine made each of those non-issues. Also, the waters in the mini bar were way more expensive than I would have expected.

No breakfast was offered. Clean room. Nice pool area. Cool art in lobby.

At check in staff asked me about needing a quiet room. I responded “ like babies making noise?” And she nodded her head. I told her I was meeting someone at the pool on 7 and she put me on the 6th floor. Apparently the night club/restaurant is on 7 and it was very loud my first night and somewhat loud my second night. If she would have told me there would be noise from the bar on 7, I would have asked for a floor that was quieter. I was told there is a daily amenities charge. I asked what that was and was told it was for the housekeeper service. Every other hotel I have stayed at has the cleaning/towel service included in the room charge.

A great hotel in a fantastically convenient location. We were upgraded to a suite and that was fantastic to have the extra space (we had a lot of luggage!) WE could walk everywhere locally and felt safe. IT was too cold to use the pool but it looked beautiful, and the gym was well equipped and large. We would definitely come back.

The location was excellent. I liked the pool area as well. I did not take advantage of the gym or restaurant. The room was sizeable.

I was upgraded to a VIP suite with a "kitchenette." The kitchenette had a sink and minibar, microwave, and coffee machine. I did not have a stove or any plates, cups, or utensils which I would have appreciated.

Room was very nice. Good layout, up to date, very clean.

I'm not sure if it was a cleaner they use or some kind of scent they spray after they clean the rooms, but the perfume smell was so strong when the room was cleaned each day that it made me a little nauseous. I'd have to open the windows for a few hours to air out. The wifi was also on the slow side, at least for the level of the hotel. I consider this a premium hotel and expected faster internet for my business stay.

Gorgeous spacious rooms, nice Malin Goetz bathroom products. Fully stocked suite with microwave and plenty of seating: a couch, side chair, stools for a raised table. Tons of table/counter space as well. The style of all of the decor is really contemporary and tasteful. The location is fabulous you’re close to so much an a totally doable walk to the famous graffiti areas/shopping. The staff were so friendly and gave great recommendations.
