I liked the style and location of the apartment. It was all clean and organized. The building is very modern and the gym has very nice equipments.

However I had asked for an apartment for 3 people, including my little daughter, and when we arrived at the apartment at night only 1 bed was done. The were no linnen to make the sofa/bed and eventough I asked for it again, after we arrived in the apartment, no one ever solve it and my daughter had to sleep only with the blanket left in the closet. Also one of the two keys left for us to use was not working.

Location is excellent and it was great to have the two bedrooms for our family. Having the basic available, such as dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, was super helpful, and we really appreciated the abundance of towels.

It would have been helpful to have had a baking sheet in the kitchen. Property is great, but the rooms probably need a thorough deep clean - curtains were dusty, sofa a bit tired, and throw blankets could probably do with more regular washing. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, which I’d think would have been obvious during a cleaning service.

Very cool receptionists made us feel most welcome and were always ready to help. Location is super central, 3min walk to Bayfront Park (for those who attend UMF), 10min walk to bars/food, etc... supermarket across the street. Easy communication with the staff, you can order groceries before arriving to get a full fridge, email support answers within a couple minutes, even on weekends or at night. Amazing facilities, heated pool, gym, chillout area, high quality fourniture in the appartment, large balcony. Noise insulation was pretty good, no construction works, planes or festival music tests heard while balcony doors were shut!

Couch-bed mattress was a bit soft, for those with back-issues make sure to go for the bed, but that's more of a general tip as it applies to almost every couch-bed...

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and modern. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The facilities were great. The pool is big and warm. I have read a few comments about checking in being a problem but we had no issues. The location is excellent with the free Metrorail only 2 minutes away. The Bayside Marketplace is only a 10 minute walk through the park. We have two kids (8 and 11) and we were not sure whether to stay in downtown or Miami beach but after taking a day trip to Miami beach we are glad that we chose to stay in downtown. Would definitely recommend Mint House Miami Downtown.

The only issue we had was the tv wasn't working when we arrived and we couldn't turn off the air conditioning (was very loud) but after talking to mint house customer service through the app they sent someone round straight away and got both issues fixed.

Everything about Mint House was exceptional from the Downtown/Bay View to the facility pool. The ease of the location being in downtown very close to everything from the arena to the beach and shopping center. The quick responses with questions I had really made me feel welcomed. Definitely will book in the near future.

Unfortunately, the staff did not perform well. The reservation was for 3 adults and 1 child under 16. The apartment was prepared for 2 people. Towels for 2 people. But the worst thing was that my two sons slept with their clothes on for 4 nights. There was no bedding. I asked for bedding for 4 days, the owner sent staff who, if they showed up after 3 days, did not understand English. Stay in the apartment on vacation for 5 days, including 4 days without bed linen.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. Easy check-in and check-out process. Access to pool, gym and spa was a bonus. Everyone else in the block are local residence so it feels very local.

There was no personal Wifi and the Guest Wifi did not work. I had to hotspot when working in the apartment. Also, I could not work out the coffee - need clearer instructions.

you have to pay for valet parking $40 per night, the garage across the street is $42 per night. It would be nice to know about it before we stayed there not when they messaged me 24 hours before my reservation.

Fantastic facilities (incl gym / pool) and spacious rooms. Nice art work in the rooms. High powered AC which is needed given the heat. Big fridge freezer in the kitchen with lots of utensils and crockery for cooking. Clean apartment and communal areas.

Only two fobs per room (which can be difficult with 3+ guests). And the Mint House app concierge service disconnected regularly and message history was lost. Despite these two minor points, I still rate it 10/10.

Furnishings appeared brand new and very modern and tasteful. Kitchen was properly equipped for our sushi doordash. Perfect location to stay the night before our cruise at the nearby cruise terminal. Excellent value.

Operating the elevator required a key-fob, and there were two of them waiting for us in the room. Security let us on the elevator for the first trip up, but we needed the fob after that. For some reason, the fob never worked. We tried both. Security also tried and they couldn't make it work either. We either had to get security to operate the elevator for us each time or jump on with someone else, get off on their floor, and walk the rest of the way up the stairs. (Our room was on the 21st floor........) Not sure what the problem was, but we weren't there long enough to figure it out.
