The room was adorable, cozy, and super clean; it came with little extras like snacks and water which are really important in a city like miami. The location of the hotel is super close to the water but also all the restaurants and nightlife. The beach is only one street away, cross that and your at the beach. For the distance from the beach, and being inside the beach i rate it a 9/10

I really enjoyed my experience overall. Only thing i did not like, was that some how my rooms keypad to unlock the door disconnected entirely and I had no way to get in unless the front desk opened my room each time i left ! It was a bit of a headache not being able to have my own key but none the less, the super sweet girls in the front were always willing to help !

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, like I wanted.

the hall to reach to the end of the floor was very narrow, was very uncomfortable to move my luggage, Had to carry it up the stairs because there was no elevator.

Very convenient location just a couple blocks from South Beach. Bus stop on the corner if you want to go to Miami. Good free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. Appreciate the entry being set back from the street.

No real complaints. The Do Not Disturb/Please Clean the Room signs did not fit the door handles well and tended to rip and fall off. Room and temperature were adequate for our needs.

I was surprised to see how close the beach was to hotel. The hotel had a cafe that served breakfast and lunch. The food was excellent and the servers were friendly. Thank you Chris. The staff at the hotel greeted me with smiles Andres, Flo and Henry. They were all very helpful.

It would have been helpful if there was a map of the area or information about the FREE trolley. I asked questions so I did find out what I needed to know.

It’s a very well located hotel. At first we thought we were not going to like the bed but we slept GREAT. Shower was good. They don’t provide breakfast but they gave us a 15% discount voucher every day for the coffee place right outside the hotel. They also gave us beach towels every day.

The Hotel has a good location, near Miami Beach. It Is really nice place with beautiful terrace. In the room there is TV, AC, beds are big and comfortable. Every day the room was cleaned. The reception is really helpfull, especially Andres helped us with everything and nothing was problem :) If we will be at Miami again, we will definetely stay there!

Breakfast included, ac in room by control in the room, Tv works and had cable, black out curtains really worked, ceiling fan also, location is excellent and on the quieter side of south beach, cvs across the street, they made an effort to anticipate needs including water bottles in the fridge that was a nice surprise. Water and cookies, tea at front desk. Beach towels provided with special card. Overall would stay again

Staff spoke Spanish a lot to each other making you feel unwelcome, some front desk were stand offish and some more welcome, as long as you don’t interact with them much it’s all good, front side of hotel has construction so you think hotel is closed but it is not, a little loud as you hear people shouting in the morning outside your door and woke me up even with bathroom fan on to drown out noise. During day it seemed quiet. Staff didn’t talk about breakfast at check in.

I left a previous review but I forgot to mention Andres from front desk. He rocks with his hospitality, professionalism and attitude. He enjoys what he does and is very pleasant during the check in process. In other places we have been on the South Beach, we have felt like we were intruding or were and inconvenience to the hotel. BTW, housekeeping are very friendly as well! Thank you all!

The location is just perfect, quiet, but so close to the beach, Ocean drive and Española way. They don't serve breakfast, but you get discount at the café next door that serves delicious breakfast. The room was very clean. They give you beach towels. Staff at the reception was just amazing. They don't have parking, but they offer a deal for car park for 35$/day. Perfect stay in South beach.

Great location, rooms were alright considering the price, the front desk was really nice and helpful with any issues/questions we had and the beach towels they provide free of charge are a nice bonus

The breakfast was a total waste of money, it is ok if you are staying a day or two but for a longer time you’re better off going to the store across the street, the breakfast has basicly no variety (3 things to choose from), there is a weird system of serving it where you have to wait in front of a room and then you get to eat it in your room… which has no table/chairs so you could eat normally… rooms even tho nice were poorly maintained in our room for instance the tiles on the floors were cracked and pieces broken off, the window could barely be opened/closed, bed was making all kinds of weird noises when u sat/layed down…
