The staff here were so superb, they were very kind, very attentive and helped with so much! The facilities were relatively clean and nice, they’re a little old and dirty but not so bad. The breakfast buffet is WAY overpriced, but they had a washer dryer for about $3. a load and they also had a pool indoors. For what we needed it was a good deal in a decent location.

The property is a little on the older side and could use with a deep cleaning of the carpeting. The beds need sheets that actually stay on, and the pillows could use a refresh, but other than that it was nice.

The manager - Gaz - was excellent and very helpful. We chose this hotel over the Hyatt for the pool and fitness center and both were closed. For this inconvenience, the manager offered us a discount. We greatly appreciate this!! The facilities were updated and very clean and conveniently located off highway near a few food establishments (Pops Diner is a Milford favorite). Very comfortable beds and we liked the extra living room space - having a suite.

The wonderful facilities, exercise room, comfortable bed, nice TV, delicious breakfast, and amicable staff were all wonderful, as well as the spacious beautiful decor. And I was not disturbed, which is important to me.

There was no cream or sugar or stirrers in the pantry for morning coffee. I had bought a coffee but couldn't stir it. The only other issue is I would have liked to take stairs if they were near the elevator. Maybe next time. Otherwise I give the hotel five stars!

when we first arrived, after 3pm, our room was not ready and the computer was not functioning, so we were not able to get room keys for the first ten minutes. the staff was apologetic and did whatever they could to fix the situation. Breakfast was ok because the hot entrees were lukewarm or even cold. I tried to open a bagel for toasting but it was so hard , I gave up

Musty smell on the fourth floor where we stayed. Might not use that floor when not very busy. Sink didn’t drain well. They wanted $18 for breakfast and it was good but not a restaurant. We were able to comp one but we stayed there for three days. Seems extreme. All in all it was comfortable and quiet which we wanted.

Comfortable and clean.

It's not that I didn't like it but more that something I missed. I know they have breakfast for a price but I don't think that price worth it. For less than 18$ you can eat a very good breakfast elsewhere and that makes the people to leave the hotel earlier. That's my opinion.

Excellent breakfast. I love DirecTV. I love the giant windows and beds. It was quiet and peaceful. And the exercise equipment was fun to use. The pool is nice. And the spacious lobby and friendly staff were very helpful.

Please put cream, sugar, and stirrers, for coffee in the rooms. Otherwise I loved it!

Coffee could be offered till later in the evening in the food area in the lobby you don’t get enough in room 4 coffee pods only 2 pkgs with stirrer 2 sugar - and one pkg of creamer not enough to make one cup

The front desk staff were fabulous especially Giavonna & Edna, they were both so kind and helpful I will definitely stay here again. the twin room was so spacious and clean, housekeeping were also very friendly and accommodating thank you all

The breakfast minion was aggressive and made me not want the breakfast didn't mind 18 fee but she literally attacked everyone who walked up to get breakfast sign would be less aggressive
