Location is convenient to lots of tourist attractions and is close to KC. Loved the breakfast - many choices (eggs, sausage and waffles too!) and staff kept everything very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there 2 nights, and our room wasn't cleaned. Not sure what happened there but we didn't have our towels replenished even though we left the used ones on the floor as requested. Had to ask for more toilet paper because it wasn't restocked.

The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes from family we came to visit. The facility is immaculate and smelled fresh and clean. The room was lovely, and the bed very comfortable. The towels were snow white and very thick. Breakfast was amazing! The omelets were a special treat and very delicious. The hostess in the breakfast was so helpful and friendly and kept the area spotlessly clean.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom cramped. There wasn't much counter space in the bathroom. There was no extra mirror in the room which would have made getting ready for two people a little easier. We also had some very noisy next door neighbors who actually had the police in their room in the morning.

Nice clean place, good facilities, easy to find.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. And, not the hotel's fault but there was a college sports team staying there and they completely took over the hot tub, pool area, and breakfast area. We wanted to use the hot tub after a long day on the road but there was no way.

Lack of signage at property made it a bit confusing finding it. Would have been nice to have more places to sit things. Not a lot of counter space at Bathroom sink. Pillows were not great.

Jacuzzi was good (that is what we rate most other than room. When we get in after a drive, we want a soak). People were great. Food was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice. TV was workable. Enough electricity to charge our phones and a place to work my laptop.

Facility was very clean and comfortable and all the employees were very nice I will stay here again as long as I can get a decent rate I'm always looking for a budget deal on a good motel

The fan motors in the bathroom always stay running I like to hear the TV while I'm in the bathroom

Good all-around motel, good location, and good RV friendly parking.

Internet did not work for some devices, error messages when trying to connect.

The fire alarm going off because of an issue but it’s not the staff fault and they did they best.

Breakfast was well stocked and a great assortment of items to choose from. Location was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
