The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful! The hotel seemed clean and the location worked well for us.

I tried to check in on the mobile app and there were issues with that so I had to go to the desk and I still never got a digital key card. The hotel overall seemed to be short staffed and there were computer issues when checking in. I felt like our room was a little overpriced, but I was there for a wedding and to see folks I hadn’t seen in a long time so I was willing to spend the extra money. Parking was definitely an issue and it wasn’t clearly marked that there was parking in the rear of the hotel. I actually found that on accident.

I like the quick and quality of the service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The clerk helped me with a problem that I had with my booking. She took care of it without a problem which relieved me from thinking that it was going to be a stressful check in.

Well, I didn't like that we weren't really able to get in the pool. The pool was ice cold. We came back later because we were told something was wrong with the boiler. Still too cold. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfasts were absolutely great. The location of Embassy Suites was very close to the home of our son, who lives close by in Wheaton.

When we checked in on Friday, we had a difficult time understanding the man who checked us in. He is from India, and his English was difficult to understand. Not very friendly... (Maybe he was embarrased, so give him a break! (Ha!)

Nice evening reception , lounge area and breakfast! Rooms were very clean but dated with odd pieces of furniture and layout. Pillows were terrible and no full length mirror in the room or a dresser. The tv was attached to the wall between two windows.

Unfortunately parents allowed kids to run amuck.. kids even tp'd the elevator! We were on the 2nd floor and elevators took awhile so we took the stairs that actually spilled outside. Lolol at least we had a card to get back in.

My family had a very nice stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool area and comfortable space. . Staff was very attentive and happy to help.

Not really a complaint but when we got into our room there were only a few towels and no washcloths. Called to the front desk and they brought more up within 15 mins. Overall great staff and service.

The hotel was so awesome! The room was a perfect size and clean. My kids loved the pool.... we just needed more towels! The breakfast was amazing and so good!!! What sold me was the great service at the bar and complimentary drinks were a SUPER PLUS 🥳🥳🥳

Plz check ur receipts. We had 2 additional charges to our card that tied up our money. Never posted, but definitely inconvenient. Bigger towels for the pool.

The hot breakfast was phenomenally exceptional~! There was a wide variety of choices of things to eat. If you went hungry, it was only by your choice. The made to order omlettes were our favorite~! Even for the omlettes, you had many choices of ingredients. You got a wide array of choices of beverages to go with your morning breakfast as well. Our (two) rooms were connecting, which gave us more privacy. We got a good night of sleep. Quiet rooms. The black-out curtains made it so dark in the room, that you had to have a flashlight to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites and would definitely stay again~!!

My daughter said that her bed was a little too hard for her liking. My husband and I thought the bed was very comfortable. I guess it is a matter of personal preference.

Breakfast was good! The location is awesome! As we stay here, quite often. The front desk and staff were great!

The room wasn't clean. In which we ask for an allergy friendly room. The room was kinda dirty. The floor needed to be vacuumed more, and the counters wiped. The room was also smaller than what we usually get.

The room was smaller than expected and the bed was a little firmer than I'm used to. We had issues with getting into our room in the middle of our stay.

The staff is always very accommodating and friendly! We travel to this embassy twice and year and will never stay anywhere else! Free amazing breakfast that fills all of us up and the complimentary beverages in the evening is always a huge plus!

I have no complaints.
