The hotel is like a hidden gem. You can't tell that it's a hotel from the outside. Beautiful and uncommon concept in design and style. I like the multicolour designs of the rooms and interiors of the hotel. Apartment room was beautiful, cleverly designed, with efficient use of space. It had air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all required utensils. It was very clean. It's facilities were great - elevators, gym, swimming pool and a sauna (all indoors). Breakfast was nice and basic/limited. There weren't many varieties or options to choose from. Nevertheless, what was provided - the food and drinks - was satisfactory. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. They all could speak English. I particularly liked the one we met manning the breakfast area on our 2nd and 3rd days - he could speak French, English and Russian very well. Aquaboulevard Waterpark is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. In the same building (of Aquaboulevard), there are shops and restaurants including Decathlon, McDonald's and Häagen-Dazs Ice-cream. A tram stop is right in front of the same building. The hotel is about 5 - 7 minutes walk from Balard metro station (come out via exit 6) and about 2 - 3 minutes walk from Séverine Bus Stop. From the doors of the hotel, you take your right to head to the metro station, while you take your left to head to the bus stop. You can access/connect anywhere in the city of Paris through any of these points (especially the major tourist sites).

Limited variety of breakfast options.

I had a great and very quiet room, the breakfast was great, the staff speaks great English, the gym and the small inside pool are nice, there is a quiet cafe inside the hotel where one can stay before check-in/ after check-out which was very convenient for me, internet is fast as one would expect it

the opening hours of the gym could be 24/7 instead closing at 10 pm - that would be more handy for people who have a very full agenda and therefore only have time to work out early in the morning/ late in the evening; getting there & getting to appointments somewhere in town with public transport is a little time-consuming, the hotel is not directly located at major public transport lines

We immediately felt welcomed and looked after. One of the staff gave us a tour of the dining area, kitchen, bar, gym, pool and adjoining amenities. Free coffee available at any time. Microwave meals available from vending machine. Breakfast included. Kettle and coffee maker in room. Three lifts are available to reach upper floors. Room/bed comfortable. Ensuite. Location - trams and buses close by. Uber cheap to access anywhere.

No complaints about hotel. Beware of limousines at taxi ranks. Jumped into one in error on way from Orly airport. Charged 72 euros - should have been about 20 euros. Uber cost 52 euros to get to Charles De Gaul airport from hotel: 40 minutes. Train/bus can take an hour and a half. Not worth the effort.

Hotel is nice and clean, the room was big enough and everything worked well. There was only a sweet breakfast option but the croissants were very good. The hotel had a problem with towels delivery and staff tended to promise to deliver more towels to our room without actually doing it twice (with the exception of one member of staff who did it proactively one day after a reminder which was appreciated). There was a fire alarm in the middle of one night and although it might of course happen, it was difficult to reach anyone and see whether there was a real danger or not, something to work on better next time. Parking is great and for a fair price. Otherwise, a pleasant stay, thanks a lot!

The staff was very helpful in extending our time as our flight had been cancelled due to a strike at our airlines. One employee especially helped us and arranged an Uber when it was time to leave. Hotel is quite nice and a good price

We used public transportation to get around Paris and this hotel was a little further out than I had thought. It took a longer ride to get to locations. I do not fault the hotel for this. It was my lack of knowledge of logistics.

Great location, only 10min walk away from the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The room is spacious and have everything I need for a quick work trip. Comfortable and value-for-money place to stay for 3 nights for a work trip. There is gym, sauna room and an indoor pool for exercise.

Everything is great. Just wish there is more options at breakfast. There were only simple breakfasts available (including cereal, granola, croissants, pain au chocolate, baguette, juice, yogurs, whole fruits, and coffee). I also wish there is towel / full mirror at the gym.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the small kitchen was very useful. Location was very good, just outside the centre but a 10 min walk to the metro line 8 which is useful for most of the main attractions or if you're a walker the Eiffel tower can be reached in about 40 mins. Parking was in a secure underground car park and at only 12.50 euros a night, good value for Paris. Breakfast was also included in the room rate and although basic was fresh and tasty. I didn't interact with the staff very much but when I did they were very friendly.

The room was nice, quiet and easy to heat-up in this cold Winter month. The building is modern and the communal spaces are spacious - great for remote working if you are travelling for business and also ideal for solo traveller. Not far from 2 metro lines. The check-in and out were easy. The gym, sauna and pool were well-maintained.

Our room bathroom's door had an issue with the lock - but it was quickly solved by the helpful staff. The breakfast was good but simple - mostly sweet/was lacking savoury items. Would have been nice to provide with a toaster.

The staff were friendly, the room was great size and area was great for travelling to places we wanted to visit.

The breakfast was next to nothing and limited options. the bed was quite hard which hurt my back and the air con went back to 20° when we tried to turn it down. In a message we recieved 2 days before arriving it mentioned that the sauna and swimming pool is free to use (this was part of the reason i chose the hotel) yet when we arrived it was closed for what looked like renovations, this could have been explained in the message 2 days before we arrived and although i did get to try it out before we checked out i would have liked to have enjoyed it for my whole trip.

パリレビュー Good point It is close to the subway station and has great access to tourist spots. There are many supermarkets and cafes in the area, so I can easily get everything I need for daily life. The interior is stylish and well-equipped. The shared spaces are clean and comfortable, such as the kitchen and lounge, and the shared spaces are spacious, allowing you to enjoy interacting with other guests. Lastly, the pool, sauna and training gym were all really great. In particular, the pool and sauna are great for relaxing, and the gym has lots of machines so I can train. Bad point Everything is good and there are no bad points to be found
