Well there is to many to place, the food was great in the morning plenty to chose from the coffee was hot plenty of it too, on tap juice as well, when eatting in the evening the menu was wonderful my favourite was the pulled port burger that was awesome so tastey. Now the staff are wonderful caring and always there to help out, with plenty of advice. The room was spacious, a good view of the mountains, lots of cupboard space too, the bath room and shower was lovely as well, the bed was wonderful I slept like a baby. There is a seating area next to the reception where you can buy and coffee or other bevarage and then relax or as I did worked on my odd piece of work

The lack of coffee and tea making equipment in the room, but was not a problem, as a kettle could be asked for if needed.

We liked everything, the location, the size and cleanliness of the room (we also had a minibar), the varied breakfast, including Prosecco, the very friendly staff, especially the two nice ladies at breakfast. A big plus was the public parking opposite the hotel, at a preferential price, where we always found available places

The bell from the nearby church :)))) rings every 15 (fifteen) minutes. Day and night. Since it was hot, and the room has no air conditioning, we slept with the balcony door open. In addition to the pleasant mountain breeze, the downright annoying sound of the church bell crept into the room every 15 minutes.

The Family Apartment was enormous! It had good doors between each bedroom and the sofa bedroom/lounge, so we all had private bedrooms. There are two toilets for the apartment, each with its own shower. The larger bathroom also has a huge bath and a private sauna! The smaller bedroom and the lounge/sofa bedroom both had access to a private balcony with chairs and stunning mountain and river views. There is even a dressing room and wardrobe space. The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Breakfast was varied and plentiful, offering just about anything you could want from hot and cold food to hot and cold drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better!

The biggest bedroom only has skylights, so it didn't have access to the balcony, was a little warmer than the other rooms, and didn't have the mountain views. The mattresses were a little firm for our liking, but we know that it is just down to personal taste. Be sure to check in with the breakfast hostess. There are assigned tables for the breakfast buffet, and we weren't sure why. Parking costs 4 euros per day, paid at checkout. The parking spaces were in a small car park just down the road from the hotel.

Bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious and we had a balcony with mountain view. Really nice saunas - we used them 3x throughout our stay (you can access it for free). Lovely breakfast, coffee was great and you can even make fresh juices. For dinner, the restaurant is really nice. The food seemed more elevated than most restaurants around. Just note they are closed on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Staff was super proactive, human and corteous. Overall very nice welcome and smooth handling of guest requests. The spa corner is super clean and a very nice add to the hotel. International breakfast is well presented and full of all the necessary goods to start the day happily. Table personnel always present and happy to serve.

Lack of telephone in the room (it is a safety issue) The spa floor is very slippery and the bottled water always empty. It needs to be addressed if you want guests to rehydrate and feel fine after a Finnish sauna at 85º C!

Loved the breakfast - you could make your own fresh orange juice or vegetable juice! Also a great selection of food. Restaurant downstairs for dinner. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Place very clean and beds comfy.

The wifi was not good - but to be expected in the mountains! It was about a 10 min walk to the train station. There is only one container of soap - for body, hair and hands, and no facecloths.

Overall very good. If I can propose to improve something that would be the noise in the rooms close to the area doors. People coming in and out let the door slam and the whole room vibrates making hard to sleep. With a door soft break, the issue will be minimized for sure.

Nice hotel, nice staff, good and warm service. Good breakfast with a very delicious pancake. Exceptional sauna! Good location as well, just a few minutes walking distance to the city center and the restaurants nearby.

Wifi was very weak. The bell from the church nearby rings every 15 mins which is quite disturbing during summer time when you have to open the window at night but it's not the hostel's fault.

The staff is really friendly. Barbara was very kind and gave valuable insights. The breakfast is very diverse in terms of options and the location is central.

The shower floor was kind of flat so the water was going to the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was always fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was large with a nice size balcony with view of the mountains. Parking was available around the building.

No refrigerator in room. Located on busy main street and slightly outside of the main shopping and restaurant area.
