The Hotel is located in Tunis centre near the airport , It is an excellent 4 star property where the service is outstanding, from the arrival Mr Hamed , Mohamed , Sawsen were very welcoming , the communication with Mr ridha and Mr Mannaa to arrange special services was excellent . The rooms are clean and well equipped for a business stay . The restaurant Luna sky was very nice with delicious dishes and perfect service from Hamza and Riadh . The breakfast is made with perfection with fresh juices and fruits , salty and sweet option. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel and will always be happy to be back. It is so far the best option in Tunis .

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ms Sawsan at the reception she offered me complementary stuff that no other hotel has ever made to me. In addition the room is very tidy and clean and the bid material is a premium The hotel will be added to my finest affordable list when visiting Tunisia again.

The room was nice and clean, a little small but overall good. They had a coffee maker inside the room and a big shower. I would say the price is a little high for the room itself but I’m fine with it because you get free breakfast. The staff was also very nice and helpful with everything including taking care of your luggage.

The downside was people from the staff entered my room without asking even after I said no to them when they knocked. The location of the hotel isn’t that great either, there isn’t much stores near by unless you walk a good distance.

Good stay and practical hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good and appropriate, the reception is good, especially the employee Amira who always smiles, and this is very important in hotels

The place is very nice, I had the Jacuzzi suite and it was big and comfy and very neat, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the cleaners were very nice as well, the food was good as well but not many options I loved everything about the place.

There is an open bar at the last floor and theres was a noisy party that didn’t make us have a good sleep at first but after contacting the receptionist it was settled down

Made to feel unwelcome by the fat bar waiter when the other waiters were seating us on a reserved table he threw up a fuss embrassing us.& seated us elsewhere. . never served us once we got a table didn't open any bottles ignored us throughout very bad mannered grumpy guy who looks after the area to the right of the stage...still expected a tip.. prior to this we had dinner at the bar, another waiter was so nice & the fat guy turned up we asked for water he gave us bad vibes like we bothered him..

I liked my stay there and I highly recommend it , good location and nice side comfortable and highly isolated rooms And what I like the most is the hotel staff specially the receptionist Omaima , she has high level of professionalism, she was very kind friendly supportive and has an solution for anything , and I really appreciate her support with her wide smile,

No thing to mention

I booked a suite. Was very very nice. Rooms service is ver good. Food was good. But would except better for the price I paid. In total was good stay.

If you want to sleep early, then think twice. Music planting until 1:00. A club at first floor. I was in third floor, still bass was blasting the bed. Called the receptionist and helped put the music down a bit. A hotel with a club same building!!! Hmm not my cup of tea. Must reconsider next time.

everything about my experience in this suite hotel was amazing i can’t forget the taste of their food we had it served to our room incredibly delicious not forgetting their luxury fresh breakfast also in the room we enjoyed our hot bath tub with jasmine smell of gel douche . i was amazed by the control of moving the tv to the room direction or the living while eating so we won’t miss our movie . the bar atmosphere in the first floor was special and unique than a typical bar that we know also i would enjoyed better than a nightclub .
