The staff was polite and helpful, although not able to communicate well in English, however they patiently explain and draw it out me the parking fee and right location. Breakfast included and staffs indicate to me the breakfast peak/off peak timing in detail by drawing in graphic. hahaha..... Thank you!!!! Location was right on the spot on train station. For those travel by train, that will the first pick.

The location not easy to pick up by vehicle navigation system (deep in from the main road and front desk @ level 2), those driving need to be aware for the hotel co-share carpark arrangement (1000 Yen). Due to road safety and I just make a turn to shopping mall carpark (2000 Yen) to avoid traffic problem.

Location was great, easy access to Toyama station and the surrounding shopping centres - good for tours which start at Toyama station itself. The drive in was pleasant, even in the evening city traffic. The carpark spaces were plentiful (a few of the other hotels in the area effectively told me that I would have to take my chances, but for this hotel they assured me that lots were readily available and they were!) Room was comfortable and clean! We also managed to do some laundry after a wet day up at Mount Tateyama.

The car park entrance (parking at the Chitetsu Building) was not the easiest to find. Perhaps a map or a snapshot of the entrance could be provided to guests. One of our party drove into the wrong carpark entrance. The carpark itself was a bit of a walk especially with luggage, but still as good as it probably would get in the city centre!

The location of the hotel, the quality of the service staff and the size and cleanness of the room were all plusses. As we had travelled by train to Toyama, it was a treat to stay at Toyama Station. In addition, the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.

Finding the hotel entrance was not an easy task. There should be more signage to direct customers to the hotel. The breakfast was a bit bleaker as far as western styled breakfast go, but that is not to be expected as there were few western patrons at this hotel.

It has a perfect location especially if you are doing the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It's literally in the Dentetsu Toyama Station. The staffs are kind and friendly and they gave me free tram tickets when I left my luggage for storage even before I check in. It has good amenities and it even has selection of shampoo and conditioner in the lobby where you can take amount in your room. They even have a pen to mark your resealable bag. Appreciate this attention to small details.

Amazing amenities especially the massage machine and the shampoo selection ("Shampoo Viking" - the Viking maybe stems from the word smorgasbord which means buffet). They also had trouser press on each floor, humidifiers, fans and a big manga collection. The staff brought an extra set of sheets on request. Breakfast was also generally high quality** and they had several local specialties. Excellent location directly at the train station. If you are coming by rail, you can't get any ore convenient than this. There are parking spaces available for 1000yen per day. It fit our large car (campervan)

The bed was quite hard. The elevators can be slow at busy times because people also use them to visit other places in the building including the photo booth on the 3rd floor and the izakaya on the 4th floor. **In the Breakfast, I didn't enjoy their version of masu sushi which was rubbery or the scarbled eggs which were sloppy

Perfect location right next to the train station. coming out of the station you can see all city busses -about 60m to the left, you could see escalator and elevator that will take you to the 2nd floor, then another elevator takes you to the checking area - the room and public area were very clean, very comfortable mattress, staff friendly and perfect western English spoken,

Breakfast with Toyama local dish (e.g. white shrimp fritters, hotaru ika). Location right by the station, very convenient and easy access to everywhere. Shampoo/conditioner varieties that you can take to your room. Massage chair, books, newspaper, and coffee/tea on the 1F lounge. Comfortable room.

Wish they have more selection of tea at the 1F lounge.

Perfect location right next to the train station.. Good wonderful amenities. Just beyond what I expected. They even have a lounge with coffee/tea, massage chairs and Japanese comic books. The selection of shampoo and conditioner is amazing. I like the warm towels provided at the lobby. The room was decently sized and big by Japanese standards. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was also great.

Excellent buffet style breakfast. Excellently located right above Dentetsu Toyama Station for Tateyama Alpine Route. If not staying in this hotel, I wouldn't successfully go to see Murodo Snow Walls, which I failed to get a WEB ticket on public online sale on 31 March. But could conveniently went downstairs to the Dentetsu Station to buy the ticket of the day around 7am, went back for hotel breakfast then set off to Alpine Route in the right time.
