Clean, tidy and good location to old town centre. Near a big shopping mall, Ipoh Parade (walking distance 5-7 mins). Provided 2 bottles of water daily. Coffee and Tea provided were of good quality and were refilled daily. We slept well in the comfortable King size bed with fluffy pillows. Air Con was functioning satisfactorily and cooled the rooms well. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Body Towels looked very used and off white. The Toilet bowl seat was smaller than the toilet bowl and loosely fitted, resulting in the toilet seat tilting one sided occasionally. Good size TV but has only 2 available channels and viewing not clear.

Check-In and check-out Experience: 8/10 The process was smooth, with friendly staff. We also able to early check-in and got room upgrade. Really appreciate it. Room Comfort and Cleanliness: 9/10 Our room was immaculate and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, big and we got two fluffy pillows per person which extra point. The toilet big and got strong water pressure. Lovely. Hotel Facilities: 8/10 Parking available for the guest and also got lift. There were also iron and iron board at our room. So convenient. We also can refill our water at the lobby for free. Summary of Experience: Overall, we had a good stay at Jindagu Hotel.

The wifi speed intermittent, it’s really bad during night time and my hotlink signal also not very good.. pishangg There is no towel face

Very large room (we got a free upgrade) and huge shower. Great sized window in front of the bed for a decent view. Daily water and cleaned room upon request. Staff were friendly. Convenience store downstairs next door.

Location was far out if you wanted to walk into the main area. Room smelt of cigarette smoke on first arrival, but flushed out. Smoking is not permitted here so not sure why. Some areas of the room have started to look outdated with cleanliness/rusty such as in the shower. But overall would stay again as it was fine.

The location is good. Ample parking. Walking distance to Ipoh Parade and Dataran Ipoh for eateries, restaurants and shopping. Room and bathroom is large and nicely furnished. Clean and comfortable. They have different room themes for each floor which is a nice touch. They provide 2 pillows for each guest, which is good. Most hotels now provide only one each.

TV channels are limited. Not even the local TV channels are available. Only 3 miserable channels. No room slippers.

Worth every penny. Will definitely coming back.

It’s a good hotel, and the room was really big ! It was clean and the AC was working well even though it was a bit noisy but nothing big. The staff so sweet and friendly. You are next to a mall so it’s really convenient, and the city center is not far away but Ipoh is a city of cars so you will need to walk all the time next to them.

It's a simple hotel with minimum to no facilities. I expected that. The room is the right size for me. The bed was comfortable. I like that the basin water has cold and hot water at the same time. Seems like a luxury these days. The room smelled like it had been smoked in, so I wanted to change rooms but they were booked. The hotel immediately wanted to ionise the room, which I couldn't be bothered by because I was tired. So I lived with it. It's a good location with ease to go everywhere (Grab) and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I asked for a receipt, and they immediately emailed me. No hassle, unlike some 'hosts' that seem to operate illegally. You could read my other review if booking.com permits it. So please stay with a hotel rather than a homestay.

I got a back room which is near the bin area. It was noisy in the morning. Also, security could be improved as anyone can get into the building to access the lift and proceed to any floor. I believe they will improve since they promptly replied to me. I have stayed at places where the hosts don't care at all and booking.com actually enables them.

The property is located at a strategic location as it is right next to Ipoh Parade and only takes a 10 min drive to town. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel even upgraded one of my rooms for free so that all of us could stay on the same floor. The rooms are clean and tidy and are equipped with all common facilities. Definitely love to have another stay at this fantastic hotel.

Very strategic place to stay in Ipoh. Not a 5star hotel, but the location if very near to Ipoh Parade..Just can walk nearby- for muslim, the eatery place nearby agak limited but if u round the area, there's a lot of place u can eat even inside the Ipoh parade. I will add this hotel as one of my favourite hotel when comes to Ipoh again in next vacation.

The hotel met our expectations but, unless you have your own transportation, the hotel is away from everything and you will need to get a taxi/grab to get around. Limited places to eat near the hotel, it's best to go to the downtown area.
