Our priority was to find a hotel with a safe place to park our vehicle. When we arrived, there's a staff verifying our stay. Then he guided us to the lift carpark. The carpark is access via card. The hotel was easy to locate. It's near malls, shops, restaurants and pasar malam. The room space is huge and there are ample space to place our luggages, baby cot and praying mat.

When we learnt that the road will be packed in the evening, we decided not to drive. Else we will be stuck in traffic. Glad that we knew about it earlier :)

Please improve customer service especially staff @ the reception area. The staff during check out is 0% customer service. no smile, no eye contact. Please hire the right staff because the hotel is very nice. it is wasted to have a staff like that.

This Hotel though doesn’t have a restaurant. It’s not a matter of inconvenience. Amazingly approximately 5mins walk to any directions you wish, you will find restaurants surroundings that serves local authentic foods, convenience stores and a night market just across the road 😍 I feel super safe as a Solo Traveler. Love this hotel and location. There’s two shopping malls approximately 6mins walk from this property too. Also, the housekeeping staffs have such great eye in details, notice what is missing in the room and replaced without asking for. For this reason, I would rate this hotel 5stars, I have a room with amazing night corner views. What’s not to love? 😍

(The lift is a little slow) doesn’t affect this hotel ratings at all. There’s no rush as I am on vacation anyway haha

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with every aspect of it. Each time I stay, I request the same room, and they always fulfill my request, leaving me satisfied. What impresses me even more is the hotel's parking facility, which has an elevator that takes me directly to my floor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring my safe arrival at the parking area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a picturesque view overlooking Singapore, which is definitely a highlight. Additionally, having an elevator that takes your car directly to the parking area is a convenience that I truly appreciate. It's great to know that this feature adds to your enjoyment of the hotel.

Rm 1808 was spacious with an excellent view, comfortable bed and quiet aircon. Good location near old town.

Terrible patchy wifi with speed of less than 2Mbs.

The staffs are really nice and friendly. Car parking is very secure. Entry by card key through the lift. One of the staff will guide you in as it's kind of tight driving into it. Downside is that it's not so straight forward to drive out in the middle of your stay. Room is big and spacious but feel kind of bare at times. Walking distance to city sq mall. Night market just opposite the hotel. No breakfast available but there plenty of local breakfast eatery nearby.

Car park access doesn't make you want to drive out. Good if you just intend to just walk around the area.

Love the location. Close to everything - CIQ &JB Sentral, JBCC & Komtar, nearby to great makan places. We were not thinking of shopping but my luggage multiplied from 2 to 3 to 4. Being on the top floor we had the view of the Straits of Johor and the surrounding areas and were pleasant enough for us to just sit and watch while sipping coffee. The room is clean and had all the amenities. The bed is so comfortable that we slept like a log. The big fluffy towels and bedroom slippers gave it an extra star. The staff are friendly and professional and always ready to answer any questions.

I just need to highlight my bathroom sink is a bit clogged so it drains slowly. Otherwise everything else is good. And the safe is locked so I couldn't use it.

Everything. The hotel fragrance smelled so good, very welcoming as well as the staffs. Stayed here for only 1 night, but since it’s Raya soon there were loud fireworks nearby at pasar karat that lasted until 3am ish but it was okay still can sleep. Great views at 14th floor. Fridge very cold, and also the aircon gets cold quite fast. There’s also ceiling fan. Bathroom is clean, all the necessities are included. Hairdryer, iron, kettle and 2 water bottle tea coffee and everything. Very satisfied. There’s a private carpark lift, need access card to go up so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle. Would come here again in future!!

very clean spacious room.. everything looks new. one wd not expect this standard for a boutique hotel at this affordable rate thus we were really pleasantly surprised. We had a Deluxe twin room at 20th floor and we even had sea view. My toddlers were so happy with smart TV functionality (YouTube!)
