The information shared by the concierge regarding the Sedona Golf Resort was confusing at best and deceptive at worst. I was told that as a resort guest I would receive a 15% discount on greens fees. This was not true. The golf course staff said that they have asked the hotel to be more forthcoming about what they actually offer and have been unsuccessful. I was disappointed with this.

Very spacious suite with all the necessary amenities to cook if you want. Great living / dining room and big bathroom accessible from two side doors. Comfy bed in a super quiet location!! Laundry machines hidden away inside the suite, which was great. Such a pleasant place to stay! Would come back here for sure.

We really did not like the hard sell on the "timeshare" especially upon arrival / check-in after hours of driving and being tired. Annoying that they want to take up your vacation time to attend a meeting about this. They backed off once I made it clear that we were tired and wanted to go to our room.

The Hilton Vacation Club Ridge is located in the heart of Sedona. Personally the location could not be more perfect. And the whole complex is so well taken care of, clean, green. It is in touch with the beautiful nature - you see the "red rocks" at the sidewalks of the property. The room (well studio) was amazing! We got the newley renovated studio and were amazed how spacious, clean and comfy it was. Perfect for a couple! The staff was also amazing - the reception and consierge were nice & helpful. We will be back for sure!

Right at check-in, you're immediately pulled into confusing sales pitches, even though you're just trying to settle in. In the end, you're required to sit through a 90-minute presentation that you're not interested in at all. It feels very pushy and leaves a negative first impression. They offer a $200 restaurant voucher, but only if you attend the presentation — which makes it feel more like a sales trap than a genuine perk...

We really liked the outside property - it was quiet and well maintained and we particularly liked the hot tub. The suite (one bedroom king) was very spacious, bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Please note that parking and Wifi are NOT free as advertised - you have to pay a $25.00/day resort fee to cover those amenities. The room wasn’t particularly clean (the first room we were given had broken glass on the kitchen floor), the second room which we kept had debris on the carpet. There were no dish towels in the kitchen and no house cleaning in 4 days even after a specific request for dish towels.

It was our 23rd wedding anniversary, I was healing from a back injury, so we couldn't go far. I was so glad that we were able to stay at this resort. Sadona is beautiful. I encourage You to make a trip and enjoy the beautiful red rocks of sedona, and you have a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We got a one bedroom suite. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was amazing The grounds were beautiful, and the amenities were great. The location was excellent. It was close enough to everything but quiet and peaceful. It's great for families, couples, or just a group that wants to hang out. I highly recommend it.

The layout of the studio apartment was excellent. I liked the fact that free laundry facilities were available - although I wish we had been told about them in advance! Laundry facilities are not listed among the amenities. Knowing about them helps travelers pack. The kitchen was very well appointed. The staff was extremely accommodating. The pool was also delightful after a day of hiking.

Nothing except that having a guide to TV channels in the room would have been helpful. We went to the front desk and got one after a couple of days of frustration searching for channels.

The rental is a very nice size and had a few of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte! (we did not have the "P" units which face the rear). Well appointed and the staff are very responsive (via text or in person) Location is very nice - about 12 min (beautiful, Red Rocks Parkway) drive North into Sedona proper. Parking was never a problem. Pools and hot tubs are first rate and well kept. Soft sell on the vacation property they were very polite on this too. The staff texted appropriately on updates like activities that night or when the pool had to close / re-open during a storm.

The toilet "ran" a few times and had to be "jiggled". We did report this at the end of our stay (no huge deal. Don't think most of the properties are accessible friendly. We had steps up to the complete (Building 4) and then had to walk up another set to our unit. If steps are a problem, check with the property first on the unit you will get.

This time we did not have a view of the beautiful red mountains from our room, but it was handy to walk straight out to the car without steps up and down. Our car was very close to the sliding glass doors. Everyone was so friendly and nice to us, and helped us celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.

Previously we've had a view of the beautiful red mountain range, from our room, which is wonderful, but we saw them when we drove out and about.
