We loved our room. It was light and spacious and very clean with a very large modern bathroom. This boutique hotel is in a magnificent old house beautifully converted and with the very best of old and new. The staff are all really lovely and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely internal walled garden courtyard. There is also a very nice roof terrace with views over the sea. The location of this hotel is also good. Located in a quiet side street it is within easy walking distance of all the central attractions , restaurants and the waterfront. Would thoroughly recommend

The staff were amazing, so very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, ( Mar helped us with lots of information to help us explore ). Hotel was perfect, very, very clean. Our suite was very large with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. Breakfast plentiful, with lots of local produce. The location was only 2 minutes walk away from the centre but on a quiet road. Lots to do and see nearby, good restaurants and the harbour area is beautiful. Bus station is 8 minutes walk away and bus fares are cheap to enable exploring the island. One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have travelled a lot over the years!!!

Nothing, everything was perfect, we had an amazing stay.

The house is impressive. The common areas are accessible to guests at all times, so living for some days in such a remarkable building is a great experience. Staff were extremely helpful with reservations and recommendations. Breakfast was very nice (food and locationwise).

Our room was smaller than it looked on the web pictures. We booked a double room with patio to be sure that the room would be a bit more spatious, but in the end it was just a normal size room with a little separated terrace that was not particularly appealing. That was a bit disappointing. Even though the overall impression was very good, the price is definitely too expensive for what they offer.

Everything! Sonia, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. She was professional, warm, helpful and pro active in helping us with information and bookings. The hotel itself has been beautifully restored. Breakfast was served in the lovely courtyard upstairs. Freshly made biscuits everyday was a treat. Every part of the hotel made you feel at home. Staff were so helpful. Highly recommend it for your stay in Mahon. Thank you Sonia and the staff at Can Alberti.

This boutique hotel was really quaint and cozy, the staff and service was great! We had a nice size room, very spacious and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, served at the courtyard which was very charming. The hotel was centrally located in a quiet street just minutes away from town center.

The bathroom we had was quite large and the lighting a bit dim, however as soon as it was addressed the staff at the hotel very efficiently placed a standing lamp and resolved the problem. As this is a small boutique hotel, we had door codes to let ourselves in and out after a certain hour, however that was quite straight forward.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

The gluten free bread I was given with breakfast wasn’t great. It had been defrosted and was very hard and crumbly. Very disappointing given the cost of the room which breakfast was included. I had informed them in advance of my dietary needs.

perfect for a short stay in Mao. Lovely old house, well appointed, and with good breakfast, all very upmarket and stylish.

Our room was under the roof, so only roof windows and thus no view. So, the other rooms would have been much nicer. The bathroom was really just a cupboard door, again with no window, and you bang your head a lot if you are tall, since the ceiling is low in certain parts of the room. So all good, but just be aware of the slight shortcomings of that particular room 7, under the roof.

Excellent location , friendly helpful smiling staff , superb reception/ concierge and hands on Manager. Got a room upgrade to suite which was unexpected but welcome . Though situated on residential street very quiet at night . Nice touch was pastries , biscuits / biscuits in common area …. Help yourself!

Hot food was limited to eggs only . No milk in the room for tea / coffee. There was free unlimited tea / coffee in the common area but again no milk .

Boutique hotel a short walk away from the centre of Mahon, quiet and relaxing and felt more like staying in a private residence. Big rooms, wonderful staff. Perfect all round!

Everything was absolutely perfect. There was nothing we didn’t like and there was nothing to improve on.

This is a very special hotel, the loveliest we have ever stayed in. The staff make you feel so welcome and we were greeted at the door as soon as our taxi pulled up. Beautiful spacious loft room (no.7), Communal areas, patio dining and delicious breakfast. Tastefully and stylishly decorated. I could go on and on about how fabulous this hotel is. Right in the heart of Mahón.
