Location is great Rooms have more or less everything you need

first of all i booked a modern design room and they gave me a different room with old furniture, not so well maintained and smell of dampness and feces, the staff was totally disinterested in solving my problem, they refused any discussion, the reason being that it is the same room and has the same facilities, like advertising a gold ring with a diamond and after receiving money offering a tin one with a common stone and saying that it is still a ring and has a stone, a mess, unfortunately booking did not help me getting the room i paid for.

The location near to bars and sea, the apartment was spacious very clean and had everything and more that we needed

Nothing to do with the complex but next door on an open type rubbish strew area there were lots of vagrant cardboard dwellings. And a few beggars outside the Hyper Dino everyday.

Very spacious apt with big balcony , pool area lovely , very peaceful and relaxing , a bit of a walk to center of los Cris but a few bars /restaurants beside it so not stuck for a nice bite to eat or a drink and music

Very dark apt, too dark for my liking ,no sun on balcony at all during day and only a tiny corner that sun shone on late in evening

We were instantly surprised by the size of the apartment. They are massive. We were staying in a 2 bed, and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Full-size kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely lounge that opened up onto the balcony, which again was a great size. We were on the first floor and had a lovely sea view. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. The towels were changed, and the bin was emptied every 2 days. There really wasn't anything to dislike. Mattresses were really comfortable. We all slept so well. The pool area is lovely and quiet. No loud music blaring out, which was lovely. If you want a more lively night, We walked into Playas most nights - it's a lovely flat walk along the coast which takes about 45mins. There are lots of bars to stop off at along the way to refuel. We will def be back to stay again.

There was nothing to dislike

We loved our 3 bed penthouse, was perfect for a family of 5! The staff and location was great. Rooms were so clean too. We will 100% be returning!

Small issues we noticed - The penthouse didn’t have aircon so we hired fans. 10 euros per fan- they worked ok but not as good as aircon would have been. The sunbeds opening at 10am was a bit late for us, but liked the aspect of having to pay for sunbeds as meant wasn’t any early morning rushes. As for the pool, had to ask lifeguard for a key for the toilets whenever needed, which seemed a bit unnecessary

Good amount of space in the apartment plus large terraces with great views, comfy beds and no noise from nearby bars with music. Shops, restaurants, bars are within few mins walk and easy parking. Kids loved the pool and even in January was swimmable (heated pool). Nice restaurant by the pool with good food, drinks and reasonable prices.

Loose main door to the appartment make noise during windy nights. Couch has it's best times well behind and fully equiped kitchen missed basic dishwashing products.

We had a poolside view on the 1st floor so very happy with that , Apartment was modern and spacious as we booked a superior apartment for 10 nights . My daughter had a standard apartment for 4 nights ( booked under my name ) which wasnt as good as ours so i could understand why we paid extra . Happy with our apartment and the poolside bar which was very reasonable pricewise and a great selection of food and drinks and the swimming pool itself was also clean . One big positive for me was how quiet it was at night , no hooligans coming back at 4 or 5 am roaring and shouting . Security Guard also on duty at nighttime so whole complex was safe and quiet at night . Will definitely return for another holiday to these apaertments .

The sunbeds could do with a good cleaning , they were stacked up and locked away each evening but i never saw them even get a wipe of a cloth never mind cleaned properly , the dirt was very visible on the white plastic , considering these beds are shared by everyone they should be cleaned regularly . A few guests lying next to me at the pool commented on the sunbed cleanliness also so it wasnt my imagination .about the cleanliness of the sunbeds ..

Superb apartment with up to date equpiment and large bathrooms.. Lovely helpful staff. Clean and well kept. Paying a small amount for the sunbeds seemed to avoid people reserving them with their towels and meant that it was easy to obtain one and they were of good quality. Easy check in. We didn't use the on site bar/cafe but the food looked good and prices only slightly more expensive than outside the complex.

Although the sun beds are not expensive at 2 euros per day, this can work out a fair bit of money for a group over a longer period. This wouldn't be so bad if they were available for longer but when they are only for use between 10.00 and 18.00 this limits the day around the pool as there is nowhere else to sit apart from the bar/cafe. And a discount for using a parasol as well would be appreciated. The sign to say where to put your rubbish is not prominent and easily missed. We didn't see this until the last day! The jacuzzi was advertised when we booked, but sadly was not working properly at the time of our visit - there were virtually no bubbles and the water was icy cold. At least a sign to explain why this might be would have been good.

Everything. The complex was fantastic. The pool is great too. Staff were so welcoming. The poolside bar / cafe was excellent. The staff there are amazing and so friendly and polite. The apartment was fabulous it was so spacious and clean throughout. The location was perfect right on the beach front and strip. Supermarkets and bars / cafe's just outside the complex and start of the strip straight across the road. The views are amazing wherever your apartment is facing. It's so peaceful and quiet if you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday. I will 100% be going back.

There was nothing not to like

Good location, at the end of the bay so nice and quiet everything is a short walk and the staff are brilliant.

Was not made aware by booking.com that you have to pay for your sunbeds daily, having stayed in Tenerife numerous times never have we been charged for sunbeds at a hotel or apartments, luckily there were only 3 of us but a large family on a budget this could be a major problem and costly with limited finances
