We had a lovely stay at this hotel! We loved the location, which was about a 5 minute bike ride to the center of Tam Coc but a little bit secluded and surrounded by mountains (though it is next to other hotels, so it's not as isolated as it looks on the pics). The hotel had bikes you could use for free and the owners were super lovely and gave us free snacks on arrival, when we left, and during our stay. The breakfast was a little greasy, but good, with several options to choose from (eggs, pancakes, rice, fruit, etc.). The beds were spacious and comfortable.

The shower ran out of hot water quickly, and since it's a combined shower/toilet, the floor got very wet (which wasn't a big issue for us).

The Homestay is located between mountains, and it has a beautiful, well kept garden. The surroundings are green and peaceful but at the same time the property is close enough to walk to restaurants and the town centre of Tam Coc. The rooms and bathroom are rather basic, but large and spacious, Duc and his family were very friendly and helpful, serving fresh fruit and a delicious made-to-order breakfast. We were even served tea with fruit and cake every afternoon. When we had to check- out before breakfast time, we were given a care package of biscuits and water and Duc’s mother even gave us fresh buns the next morning!

Because it had rained a lot, everything was damp in the room. It was only on the second evening after coming back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned (we were told later that we have to hang the “Please clean the room” sign outside the door) and still very wet towels, that Duc removed the welding on the key to separate it from the tab to switch on the electricity and showed us how to dehumidify the room using the aircon. It would have been helpful to have been told this from the beginning, so as not to have had to spend the night in damp sheets.

I honestly cannot recommend this accommodation enough, it has been our favourite in the whole of Vietnam. The family that run it honestly cannot do enough for you. You are greeted with fruit, snacks and a welcome drink of arrival, and every day without fail the mom notices when you come back from your activities, and you get a knock on the door with different drinks/snacks which changed every day, all free of charge. Breakfast is also lovely, and made to order from a menu. This is also included in the price of the stay. The staff were always on hand with any help we needed, and the bikes were good to use to get around. It set in the most stunning location, and only a 5-10 minute walk into the main town. When we checked out, we also got given a bag with some snacks and some water for our travels. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, I can’t believe the value for money we got here!!

Nothing at all - everything was perfect.

The hosts were so kind, attentive and up for a chat. They went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed, even giving us a lift to the bus stop with all our bags when they saw we were going to walk. The location is stunning, sweet little row of bungalows nestled into the mountain, but close enough to the town. We had a bungalow and extended a night and got a room, so saw both and don’t really have any complaints for either. Quite a simple set up in the rooms, but everything you could need! Having a swimming pool was a lovely touch too! I’d recommend this for sure

The only problem was the construction going on behind this accommodation, was quite noisy I the morning following our 4am arrival. Nothing else bad to say though.

Located amongst an attractive garden and nestled right in amongst the karsts and rainforest, Luxury Homestay was ideal for a peaceful stay only a ten minute walk from noisy Tam Coc. The family running it are attentive and the complimentary breakfast was tasty with good options. Aircon was quiet, mosquito nets in place around the comfortable bed. Having a pool was a bonus. Free bike rental available.

Pool loungers a little uncomfortable but this is only a detail.

This was such good value for money. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was big and comfy, and the breakfast was really tasty, with vegan options available. The family were really friendly and helpful, with the mum popping by in the evenings to gift us snacks. There are free bicycles available to use, which we took everyday to cycle the short distance across the water into town. The gardens are really pretty and it was nice to sit outside on the porch and read in the evenings. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The property is beyond beautiful. It looks like a garden and there’s tropical fruits on almost every tree. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious and clean. There were many sockets. Breakfast was delicious (try their banana pancake) and the family who runs the business is just gorgeous. They were so lovely and helped us planning activities as well as our further trip to south Vietnam. After checking out we still had the whole day to spend in Tam Coc. They gave us bikes to use all day for free and even let us use the shower before our shuttle picked us up in the late afternoon. The property is very quiet and peaceful, since it’s not in the center of Tam Coc. It’s really close though. It took us 5 min. to get to town center by bike. I absolutely recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here!! Manh the owner was soo lovely and helpful! The whole family were so welcoming and we really felt at home here. The location was insane. It is literally surrounded by the mountains... Best spot in town I reckon! It's a short trip into town which is a very beautiful walk/bike ride/scoot. They provide free bicycles and you can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price which was very easy to operate. Highly recommend! The rooms were lovely, huge and the bed very comfortable. LOVE

The host was very helpful. For any question/issue, he could find a solution. The free bikes at the place create so much flexibility and freedom. Enjoy Vietnamese landscapes/nature, while riding those bikes. Much to see in the neighbourhood, specially when you like biking (or renting for small amount of money a motorcycle ... if the distance is maybe too far). I absolutely recommend staying here. It's close by everything, but still a decent distance from busy town centre. You feel in rural landscap. plus surrounded by rocks.

Tam Coc Luxury guest house was the absolute perfect place to be for our 4 nights stay in Tam Coc. It's just outside the town center, about 10 mins short walk or 5 mins cycle across some rice fields. There is also a few restaurants in the adjacent properties to the guests house so no need to go anywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds topped with beautiful mosquito nets, although there was little need for them. The guesthouse and pool are nestled in between mountains and surrounded by fruit trees and nature. It's really an idyllic quiet spot and the family that runs it are delightful. Duc who is always on hand offered great advice on what to visit in the area. We enjoyed chatting with him, he has a lovely personality. We will miss him. They also have free bicycles that you can grab anytime for your exercursions to the extraordinary sites in the area, or just to cycle for leisure. And motorbikes you can rent very cheaply. Conveniently one of the family member has a restaurant 2 minutes walk from the homestay, there you will find the best banana pancakes in Vietnam, thick and fluffy yumm!
