The property is simple yet comfortable, clean and central. June will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and more. I extended my stay here because of how comfortable it was. I even booked my ferry ticket with June and she dropped me to the ferry as well! Can’t say enough kind words about her, made my stay 10x better just having her there! She even gave me a list of restaurants and places to do when I first checked in. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Ivory Hotel was so much better than I initially anticipated as it’s such great value for money. The rooms and hotel itself are kept super clean, with the common areas being cleaned throughout the day, the ladies working on reception and housekeeping was super helpful and always friendly. The internet worked well, showers were hot, AC was cold and overall I had a great experience. The rooms are small however, the size of the bathroom is good and I’m happy to sacrifice a little bedroom space for a decent sized bathroom! The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the pier and a 2 minute walk to The Adventure Club where I was diving. It’s also super close to the nightlife but far enough away that I had a peaceful sleep each night. There was also CCTV throughout the hallways and a security lock on the lobby door after 7pm when the staff finished for the night. As a woman travelling solo I felt very safe 🙂 Thank you for a great stay and I look forward to coming back again 🙂

This hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff, especially June the receptionist, were exceptional – always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed including restaurant recommendations, booking transport and borrowing a hairdryer. June’s hospitality really made our stay very special. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spotless and you can have your room cleaned daily upon request. The location was perfect too: close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, yet quiet enough to relax. For the quality of service, comfort, and prime location, the value for money was unbeatable. She told me her name is June, like the month of June. But we would like to call her by the name of each day of the week, she takes such good care of you every day: from the reception, to the recommendations, you can book excursions, no need to worry about looking for stalls outside. She also recommends good restaurants, it was less tiring for me to search on Google Maps. Laundry service is also offered. The accommodation is very well located to visit everything. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, I extended because it is difficult to leave this island. Thank you June !

Wow!!! What’s can I say June is one amazing woman. From the moment we arrived she was super attentive. She gave us a list of recommendations for food which we used every night. She would greet us every day by using our names which is so kind. The rooms were super clean and were cleaned daily on request. The air con was very good and quiet. On our last day June helped us with our bags and escorted us to the pier. Overall I can not recommend this hotel enough!!!!!! June you are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I spent two nights here with my sister and had a fantastic experience! June at the front desk was absolutely lovely — so helpful and welcoming. She provided us with all the details we needed about the island and available tours. Her hospitality really stood out, and she even took the time to remember our names. I’d love to return if I ever get the chance. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps from the pier and surrounded by great restaurants. Excellent value for the price!

Everything was perfect! We had the most amazing stay. The staff gave us great local recommendations, helped us book trips and boats through reception, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was powerful. The location was excellent, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly too. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

The room we had was basic, but clean & it had all you needed. Ms. July was wonderful she was super helpful & was super sweet always. We were here for Songkran, so the whole island was without water on certain hours, which is normal if you stay on an island during water festival.

The room we stayed was on ground level, and the room stayed quiet damp. Clothes during songkran didn't dry well in our room. But other than that, the room was great!

We loved the location of the property. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The toilet had a hot shower. We had a big smart tv too which we used. June the receptionist made our stay unforgettable. She was so kind and she gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and tours. She greeted us by name every day she saw us. She really needs a pay rise!!! We were very sad saying goodbye to her. Thank you June.
