My wife and I travelled by train and was in Skegness about 11.30 for 2 nights, I had already checked that we could leave bags ahead of check in at 15.00., and used this facility. Was met and accepted by friendly owner. We arrived back at 15.00 and was informed we was booked into room 21 3rd floor, for me the stairs was a bit of a problem but I hadn't asked for this to be taken into consideration and on checking into the room , found it warm and clean with comfy bed. Lovely views over the promenade and sea from the balcony. A few issues which were quickly corrected , no TV remote or signal , no milk or tea bags and only 2 coat hangers, 3rd of a roll of toilet paper. My wife went down to report the issues a cupboard was open so tea milk and toilet rolls sorted . Maintenance man arrived and put the other TV issues to bed. Would stay again for long weekend.

As reported in above

Lovely hotel . Very clean Quiet hotel. All amenities are available. Shower nice and hot and clean, bed was clean and comfortable. very polite and friendly lady on reception who was very helpful . I had the room with the balcony . Which was lovely . I had a sea view, and it was nice to relax on the balcony and watch the world go by . I liked it that much. I even booked an extra night with late checkout. Excellent value for money. For what you get . Would highly recommend the grand hotel . I will definitely use this hotel again when in skegness

Nothing, was all good

Stayed here a couple of times now, first time was a few years ago and then again just recently, the service is alot better now than it was before, the young lady at reception was friendly and helpful and she got us booked in to our room fairly quickly. The hotel is spacious and quite. The room this time was smaller than our last room, but it was nice and clean. We had a double sea view room with a balcony. There is a tv in the room, storage and a kettle with tea and coffee. The beds are comfortable too! There was an en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower all clean and equipped. Towels were also in there ready to use. The hotel is on the main road in Skegness so it is easy to walk to all the entertainment and the beach is just over the road. There is breakfast available and drinks and snacks at the reception but we didn't use any of these so I can't comment. i would happily stay here again :)

The car park is small, there is only space for 3 cars so parking can be tricky. The first night there was a space so we managed to park there but there was no spaces left for the second night after we had been out during the day. We did manage to find a car park over the road to park the car overnight though. There is no street parking near by so just bare this in mind when you do stay here. This is not a negative comment towards the hotel it's just a FYI :)

Rooms Were Lovely had everything we needed for our stay, didn’t have the highest expectations with some of the reviews but certainly exceeded them expectations. The owner was great and very patient with us. The see view rooms were great and spacious. This hotel was much nicer than others that people were staying in

The water pressure wasn't great but it did the job and the slanted balcony was slightly concerning, nothing unsafe though.

Situated well within walking distance of everything but not close enough to here the night clubs blairing, only really dealed with 2 members of staff, The man on the front desk and the security guard both of which went above there role to help us. Room was clean and tidy with a lovely view off the balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Would deffinately reccomend and would love to return in the future

The staff on arrival where helpful and let us even leave our bags there when we got there early and were friendly on check in. The location was great not to close the the center that it was loud in the evenings but close enough to walk to the main strip! Hotel was nice and clean and was all in all a good place to stay. Id stay again!

We couldnt open both windows as one had a weird mesh over it and it was over 20 degrees so as you can imagine we was boiling. There wasnt much toilet roll but we only stayed one nught so not the end of the world. There was no staff about in the morning what so ever. We went to check out and ask to leave our bags there at about 9am but there was nobody to be seen we had to call payman club who took ages getting a hold of anyone. Theres also no lift so not great for disabled people.

Location great; rooms bright and airy; polite receptionist

I find the breakages deposit 'per room' a 'little'draconian - we were a 3-room family party with 2 pensioners aged 79/80; 2 parents aged 50 and our 11 year old son. I never had to do that since an all-make party on a stag do over a decade ago. I fully realise that Skegness is very attractive for the likes of Stag and Hen dos and that some guests will be far more challenging than others so, a suggestion, have a rule but for same-sex bookings of a certain age and for certain age guests.

It was very spacious inside and had everything we needed. The view from our window and balcony was so pretty. The staff were very helpful and nice with showing us where our room was and getting our keys. Overall it was a lovely time and I’d definitely stay here again.

The parking was a bit of a problem but apart from that the place was amazing

facility close to the center

Booking should block rentals in this hotel because it is cheating people for money and not true with reality dirty smelly it wasn't cleaned no people at the reception there wasn't even anyone to give the keys to I had to call the hotel's website wardrobes broken mattresses dirty wardrobes broken holes in the walls they took my deposit and haven't given it back so far I've been waiting for almost 2 months no one writes back to me I advise against staying there 😒

Where the hotel was situated so we didn't have to travel to much and the staff were lovely and accommodating especially the owner of the hotel Goran will definitely stay there again.

Didn't like we could not get heating on in the room at this kind of year they should be on.
