- Staff showed exceptional care and did everything they could to make our stay an exceptional one - The resort looked really great with a relaxed atmosphere that inspired serenity and mindfulness - The room was very spacious and was really nice - Great location, with great options to spend the evening a few steps away.

- Facilities were very well taken care of, but even the exceptional attention of the staff couldn't conceal the need for some renovations. In shorter stays it will be barely noticeable, but after a few days details pile up and the bigger picture becomes clear. Room air conditioning was suffering and losing humidity/water; the steam room/sauna ceiling was a bit worrysome with some rust showing between cracks; pool table looked a bit ancient, like the air conditioners in gym and common areas. These details aren't enough to tarnish memories or ruin the experience... Yet. But without a renovation, over time they will eventually become.

We liked the location of the property, it is within walking distance to the old town of Chiang Mai but is not too central to the point where it’s too busy. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were all so friendly and kind. Facilities was always clean and we really enjoyed the food options at the restaurant, including breakfast.

When we booked this property, we thought that the indoor pool was apart of the price that we paid so we were slightly disappointed to find out that this is an additional cost. This could be advertised better so that people know the indoor pool and spa facilities are extra costs.

Everything about this place was really great. The staff are friendly and kind. The rooms were nice and spacious, and were made up every day for us. They left fresh fruit out for us every day in the room, as well. The pool was small, but a good size for the time we went. There didn't seem to be too many people there during the day, so it felt like a small oasis for us. We got breakfast included and they had a half-buffet, half-order system where you'd order your main dish and then go up for any small things you wanted. You can order as many coffees as you like, as well. Location wasn't bad at all, but is about 7-10 minute Grab from the center of the city. I think they have a shuttle to a night market nearby, as well?

Honestly, everything was very good. If I was nitpicking, I'd say the mirror lighting isn't great for doing makeup, and the shampoo and conditioner weren't that great for my hair.

Exceptionally beautiful Resort , from the moment you walk in you feel rejuvenated., the rooms where spacious and very clean .The grounds well maintained and very beautiful .The spa was just amazing .The resort is located on a busy street but you didnt hear any noise from the traffic .Great location you can easily walk to shops and markets .The restaurant is just across the street offering delicious food . .If you are looking for a restful vacation I highly recommend the Rarin Jinda we would absolutely stay here again .We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff resort really made it extra special for us , Such wonderful lovely people Thank you.

Honestly, perfect! Great location for visiting Chiang Mai, the facilities are immaculate and the room was amazing. The spa is also very good and the staff are just brilliant. We had breakfast included and it was also really nice. We had the perfect stay for a couple looking to explore Chiang Mai. If I ever come back to Chiang I will absolutely be booking this hotel again and will recommend to friends.

The only slight annoyance was at night you could hear the music from a club across the river. It wasn’t too bad and of course there is nothing the hotel staff could do, but worth knowing. However it didn’t spoil our stay.

The hotel staff were so kind and helpful, polite at all times, the hotel was beautiful, we had a swim up room/pool access, it was large, bright and clean, had a shower and a small bath tub, access to the pool was lovely and sun loungers on our deck for relaxing, fresh fruit and water was replenished daily, the river side restaurant was lovely for breakfast, again the staff were so attentive, evening restaurant was also nice and there is a 10% discount for the hotel users, the outdoor security guy always made sure we got across the road safely, Thank you!! The spa looked beautiful but we didn’t use it and a Big thank you to the general manager who sorted out our late check out! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay special

Loved every single thing about this hotel. The environment was so serene. We absolutely enjoyed every moment we spent there and were so sad to leave. The breakfast was unique in that we could order off a menu and the food was so good. Being able to sit by the side of the lake while dining was lovely. The staff was really helpful and kind. I especially want to thank the security guard (I couldn't get his name, unfortunately) who so kindly lent us his phone to call our tour guide who was late one day. I honestly wish we could have spent more than 4 nights at this gorgeous hotel. It was the perfect choice for us to relax.

We love our stay at Rarin Jinda so much. Everting is just perfect. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff are friendly and kind. The manager upgrade room for us which made our stay even better! My 3 years old daughter had a great time in jacuzzi😃 We love fresh fruit that provided in the room and decorated with fresh flowers. Breakfast provided at the restaurant by the river which we love the great atmosphere. Buffet line is variety including clod pressed juice, real honey from honeycomb, and fresh hot latte from barista. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Chiang Mai😊

We loved the heritage Thai design of the resort, the lush garden boardwalk through the resort, the large koi fish pond and the convenient pool access from our suite. Staff were very helpful and responded to our requests right away. Room was spacious and clean. Location was only a 5 mins taxi ride to Old Chiang Mai and the resort's affiliated restaurant across the street was superb.

Generally a great experience so no major complaints. Just wished their indoor hydro pool was open to guests without needing to book a spa package as the outdoor pool water was quite cold.

Our hotel, Rarinjinda Wellness and Spa, was located next to the Ping River and we arrived at the height of overflowing waters from the large river. Airport hotel transfer brought us safely to the hotel lobby even though the service road was flooded. From that moment onwards, we were greatly impressed by the high level of care and service exhibited by hotel GM Khun Phonlawat & his staff. They went all out to make sure that we were well looked after like little things such as prompt room service (always with a smile) to fetching us at night after we were stranded and unable to secure grab transport due to heavy rain and restricted access to the hotel because of heavy flooding. So we wish to thank Khun Phonlawat & his team for making our stay pleasantly memorable and we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend quality time in Chiangmai.
