I loved everything about this property… The gardens were beautiful.The pool a delight to swim in. This only has 12 bedrooms and is family run. All the staff were happy and smiley Nothing was too much trouble. The ambience was so relaxing.The location was great and felt safe,just a bit off the main drag where there are many choices of restaurants also ATM and Supermarkets within a 5 min walk. I am more of an adventure/activities person so the hotel was well located for everything I wanted to do. You can also hire a safe insured scooter and bash hat I think for 200 baht.My room was cleaned daily and towels and water replaced each day as well as bedding… The price of my stay was very reasonable. So a big thank you to Mona, Bob,Fin and their lovely team for such a wonderful time in your beautiful country and your hospitality.I will definitely be coming back to stay😎

I loved it all

Very clean, rooms, king bed and was comfortable , Large bedroom with air conditioning and large bedroom with storage closet and nice shower. Property is very tidy and the landscaping and pool is awesome. Pool is clean and refreshing. we had a patio outside our door in front of the pool. Met some great people very quiet just adults around (Snow Birds) . Hosts are great great people.

Bar fridge freezer could of been bigger just fit one ice cube tray provided not a bag of ice. But we were thankful for having that!

Very clean, breakfast was included. Our room was really comfortable, table and 2 chairs inside, and also on the balcony. Quiet, staff were very attentive .

Nice, quiet hotel. Close enough to Rawai beach and the Main Street.

Not much sun at the pool in the afternoons. The hotel casts a shadow over the pool from the afternoon on.

It's a lovely quite and really clean place. It's not a far walk to the beach (5 minutes), there are many restaurants and bars to enjoy. In the surrounding of the hotel there is everything you need for the stay. The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful and the pool is the best I've ever seen in Thailand.

The staff is super friendly. Family business with kind souls. The bed is confortable, the room is spacious and clean. Very calm, didn't need ear plugs to sleep well. Very close to the main area of Rawai, many restaurants and shops around. Very good quality/price ratio!

Bathroom and furniture are a bit old but nothing of a big deal

No breakfast available but plenty of places to eat close to the resort.

1 small drawback is no reception after about 5pm, so to check in after that is more difficult.

Close to the beach, very clean large room and bathroom, crisp sheets, comfortable mattress, good water pressure in shower, nice pool.

The WiFi was extremely slow/ unreliable.

Very quiet and secluded off the main Rd , pool was nice and rooms were clean , I was happy to stay there

Sheets were stained and not changed enough that is my only issue

Good location, close to everything but a scooter makes life real easy, wouldn't be without one
