Very nice staff. Hotel is at a good location near the beach and promenade. Nice pool. Very good breakfast and dinner (there is a lot of choice)

Cleaning of the room was not perfect for example they didn't clean the coffee cups and refilled coffee and tea. And the days of the chag - the pool was very packed. And people are taking seats from early in the morning and don't come to the pool but they take seats and beds and there is no seat for the people who actually are there. Also I saw one of the employees cleaning a floor mop in the sink to wash hands (netilat yadaim). It os absolutely not respectful and shouldn't be seen in a hotel of this rank. Also the lack of parking is a real issue.

We liked all the meals, the pool, jacuzzi and VIP lounge. We were especially happy that the children's club had things that kept all my grandchildren from age 3 to 11 engaged. The last place we stayed at did not have games or activities that were suitable for the older children.

PARKING We could not find parking at the hotel. Once we found parking at a lot the hotel employees told us about, we did not want to go anywheres with the car because we were afraid we would not get parking again. We would stay at King Solomon again except for the parking situation. .

We have chosen this hotel because of the view from the balcony and it´s location. It is situated near everything you need (restaurants, beach, shopping streets, shoppig malls and so on). The building is not so new, but the room was comfortable. We were satisfied, because we have chosen this location. There were comfortable sunbeds near the pool, and the beach is not far away (all of the beaches in Eilat are free of charge). The breakfast was good, but for some reason there were not any meat dishes at all. Cleaning staff on the 6-th floor was good, and it was quite clean everywhere in the hotel. We liked this hotel and we can suggest it to other tarvellers.

May be the price. As well, as the fact, that the hotel made a reservation for the same amount 1300 € from our credit card, as we already paid in the hotel. And nobody couldn´t explain us what it was (was it like double payment or just a reservation). However, we had to wait 3 weeks before we have gor our money back.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at this hotel really go above and beyond for the guests. They work so extremely hard to ensure that guests are happy and satisfied. The food is incredible and it is very organized. The facilities were also great. There is a wonderful gym. The pool is very clean and there was never a problem finding a place to sit.

Parking needs to be better. If you don't get there hours in advance before check in, you will not find a spot.

Extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to Alona and unfortunately didn't memorize the name of the young fela who assisted us with the local attractions and the late check-out. Not quite sure, but his name may be Afek or something similar. Ther was a birthday surprise prepared for my sister-in-law in her room, per our request. This is highly appreciated. Very tasty food and full cornucopia in the breakfast/ dinner facility. Great entertainment. We used the spa. Unforgettable massage by Oxana. Pull and the rest of the facility are just the top notch. Highly professional entertainment Sun Band (Avi Haim) made us enjoy our time better than Broadway or Las Vegas.

Only 1 tiny issue: We found a couple of dirty towels in our room. But they were immediately replaced, and we were compensated by a nice fruit platter and a bottle of mineral water.

There were a lot of disrespectful guests. They smoked in the room, left the doors open and screamed drunkenly all over the floor in the middle of the night. In the pool area, many people took their own stereos and turned the music up very loud. This was insanely annoying, especially with everyone playing their own music. Apparently no one could effort headphones and the hotel service didn't care at all.

The staff were amazing. From Aya from the reception, to Eti and Amari from the dining room. I felt like everyone gave their 200% to make us feel at home and serve us the best way they can and that was wonderful.

This was supposed to be a family room and I usually expect a private space for the parents. I'm used to two rooms with a door between or at least a room with enough space for parents and a door to the toilet and shower. In this place the parents room felt like a jail cell. It had no air, minimal space and no way to get to the bathroom directly from the room. I expected a better room experience and better value for money.

Hygiene, staff, food, all were top quality!

Absolutely TERRIBLE was the ridiculous high volume of the music in the swimming pool area. I complained about this a number of times but (apart from a few minutes change) NOTHING was done about this. I fail to understand why it is impossible (after the school holidays!) to enjoy some relaxed time at the pool.

We booked half board and the breakfast and dinner buffet were plentiful, varied and the food was tasty. Our room was on the 5th floor with a nice view of the town and the mountains. The room was nice and large with a big double bed and everything was clean and the towels were changed every morning.

The lobby could do with a bit of brightening up.

All of the facilities were Organised and clean Including our room We have felt that the staff aims on service at It’s top priority

Meals are average and need to be Improved , though some of the days they were good mostly on dinner times Need to add more food options on breakfast for people with allergy to milk products
