Very beautiful hotel and people are very nice!

I recently stayed at the Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming,made you feel like home. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. There is a pool area that you can relax and drink your coctail. In general the hotel's atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvanating but most of all , the staff were very helpful and gave me info about Rethymno city. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends

The beds were a little comfortable but nothing too major:)

Very basic, but a clean and tidy, older style, hotel. Very functional and great for what we needed for 1 night. The pool is lovely and overall the hotel is good value for money. We didn’t eat there.

Rooms are very basic and, whilst there was a small fridge, there is no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. Only provided with a sheet for the bed but found 1 single blanket in the cupboard to put on top, which we had to share. Beds are quite hard (although that is personal choice). Bathroom small and dark but serviceable.

The location is conveniently close to the city by car. There’s free parking, and the pool looked inviting, although we didn’t get a chance to try it.

The shower isn’t fully closed, and the tap water at the sink has very low pressure. The AC isn’t cold, and sometimes it shuts down by itself. The beds are okay, but not very comfortable. The TV is very small. Considering it’s a 3-star hotel, the breakfast is alright.

the location is convenient for car owners, the room was large, a pleasant balcony and a nice pool (adjacent to a somewhat noisy road).

Terrible breakfast, almost rotten vegetables, very few options, one low-quality feta cheese and only 2 kinds of egg (even when there was an option for a crepe, it ran out before the end of breakfast and they didn't agree to make more). The place is full of mosquitoes and there is constant dog barking noise from the neighbors and at night it is hard to fall asleep because of that. Unfortunately, an unpleasant incident happened, in which we asked to change towels and a roll of toilet paper which arrived wet (could be from water or detergent, who knows?) We were told by the reception that towels are changed every three days, even though there is a sign hanging in the room (probably only for decoration…) saying that towels are indeed changed once every three days But if we need new towels the staff will be happy to assist us. After we wrote to booking about the situation in the hotel somehow the people from the hotel knew about that and then they decided to punish us and not to give us new towels before their three days rule. They said in this exact words “we actually wanted to change you the towels now but we know that you wrote booking and complained about us and that’s why we won’t change it now but only after three days of stay.( Alexander the receptionist said that) but of course after arguing with the hotel’s s manager they did change the towels. The recepsonist didnt like our requests and gave us a feeling that we are wrong for every request as if it is really excessive requests (toilet paper and towels...).We got upset and told them it was inappropriate to treat us like that so for response one of the hotel staff was to laughing to my face and sneer dismissively. Then when I raised my voice she hushed me with the hand and voice. Then the manager of the place arrived and claimed that we are "not cultural people" (her exact words) and claimed that we are complaining about small things...

Quite nice staff, but of what use if the place is not pleasant

Most things didn't work and things were malfunctioning and patched up. Minimal unfresh breakfast buffet. This property should hardly have one star. On the island, there are many four-star hotels that make you wonder how they got them.

The staff was nice. But the room wasn’t very clean and it was dark. We turned on the AC and a cockroach fell out of that… we payed for two nights, but after that we stayed only one.
