The hotel was lovely and right on the beach. All the staff were great. The breakfast buffet was perfect and plentiful. Our room was big, comfortable and had great air conditioning..plus a fab seaview. Beach beds,parasols and towels all.provided free of charge. . Quiet and relaxing hotel . Rethymno old town was about 25 mins walk away. We used to get a taxi into town and walked slowly back when it was dark and cooler. Well worth it though as the old town was great. Many shops bars and restaurants to go to and the sunsets at the port were amazing. Totally recommend this hotel to everyone. On the beach, lovely sun lounges, great pool, amazing host and staff, very welcoming. An absolutely fantastic smorgasboard breakfast each morning was a lovely way to start the day. A great balcony to look out over the ocean. A good walk into the old town, and while parking wasn't available on-site there was a free parking area very close by. Exceptional customer service.

My bed was a bit hard, I prefer softer mattresses. We paid for a studio which gave us steep steps to reach the beds upstairs, needed to be careful of those at night, but a larger room would negate that would still definitely rebook if we were in the area.

We had the most relaxing vacation ever, all thanks to this amazing beach hotel. Everything in the room was functional, and the bed was comfortable for us. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning—it was done perfectly and never once disturbed our rest. The hotel offers everything you need for a peaceful vacation, with direct access to a clean and comfortable beach. Breakfast was homemade, fresh, delicious, and added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The staff were professional and always willing to help, and made us feel very welcome. This has truly been the most relaxing stay we've had, and we hope to be back next year. ❤️

Such friendly staff with Eva being very interested in our trip. Perfect beach front location and all very quiet. Beach (pebbly) and terrace area is fab with clean towels and beach shoes to get in the sea all freely available. Nice 20 -30 min walk along the shore front into the Old Town and Municipal Square and main bus station on the way. Brilliant breakfast choice and all home made each day. Great to take breakfast on the beach terrace. We left the car at the lot about 500m back towards the town in a safe parking lot as advised by Eva. A couple of lunchtime eating options close by also. A cold beer on the terrace with the sunset is a perfect start to the evening.

Rooms are ideal but as is typical for Greece bathroom could do with modernizing a bit but then we had just moved on from a 3 year old villa (!) This did not distract from the peaceful stay and the rest of the hotel made up for all.

1. У двухузроўневым нумары ложкі карацей 2 метраў. Магу меркаваць, што даўжыня 180-190 сантыметраў. Там два ложкі. Адзін упіраецца ў поручні лесвіцы. Другі ложак ні ў што не ўпіраецца. Калі абодва госця вышэй за 180 сантыметраў, то лепш бярыце аднаузроўневы нумар, дзе ложкі ні ў што не ўпіраюцца. Сярод нас толькі адзін быў высокі, таму не было праблем. 2. Парэкамендую уладальнікам размарожваць халадзільнік хаця б раз за пару тыдняў. На маразільнай камеры з'яўляецца лёд, яна не зачыняецца, таму марожанне ў нас раставала.

Great breakfast, lovely staff, great availability of beach toys for kids, very convenient location near to some of the best restaurants outside of the old town of Rethymno. Large free parking lot available 300 meters from the door of the hotel. Great beachside direct access and nice swimming pools in the shade for both adults and kids (great in crazy warm days)

Accessibility - lot of stairs just to reach the reception, very inconvenient with pram and heavy luggage; no lift and all the bedrooms are located over the ground floor. Lot of dangerous spots for toddlers, both in common areas and inside the room (we had a junior suite at the second floor with internal unprotected stairs and a balcony with low walls). Also annoying, the bathroom is pretty dated and the super tiny shower bathtub doesn't have any glass or curtain.

The location on the beach was stunning and it was lovely to have the option of a pool or sea swim. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and a lot of choice with different items every day. They provided bath towels and pool towels and lots of sun beds. There were information booklets for trips and the WiFi was excellent.

Our room, 203, was small and only had one window which looked onto a stairwell so it felt quite claustrophobic. It only had a sea view if you opened the balcony door, which was down a corridor. From looking at the other rooms as we passed, I think it is the only one of that type and the others were much bigger and brighter. However, for the price we paid, (approx €60 a night including breakfast for two) it was perfectly fine and adequate for a place to stay for a few days. Our balcony was the biggest and once you were outside it was lovely.

Lovely room, beautiful beachfront, very nice on-site restaurant, great staff

there is no parking at all so I had to park on the street four blocks away which is a long walk with a suitcase. That meant I had to be packed and ready to leave and move my car before 9 AM. As I was driving a rental car, it felt a little risky to leave a car on the street like that so many bars and hotels nearby. it was not high season yet, I can imagine that in summer it would not be the kind of place easy to stay if someone had a lot of luggage. Fortunately I did not so it was OK.

Good Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine close by the sea. The room was a litle bit small, but we managed. The view from the room was ok! Clean room wiith good beds.

The shower was a litle bit smal for me. No parking in front of the hotel. 300m walk from publiic, free parking with a lot of space. I am 79 years and a litle bit disable. A little more maintenance work and painting to remove rust etc. would improve the overall impression.

Stunning location on the waterfront. Listening to waves 24 hours a day. Great view across to Rethymno Fortress and fab sunsets. Easy walk into old town. Plenty tours to explore island. Staff were amazing. Almost felt like family. Delicious home made cakes at breakfast Will never forget those beautiful evening swims! Thanks a million to Eva and team x
