Nice, modern apartment, very clean. We had an apartment with a front sea view and we loved it. Staff was very kind and responsive. We loved having a balcony with a table and chairs, loved watching and listening to the sea. Just noticing that not all rooms have the sea view and there is a road in front of the hotel. It was very practical for us to have a washing machine. The beach is just by the hotel, but it's a rocky beach so you need shoes. The sea was still warm enough to swim but a bit too wavy. All is very well organised, easy check-in. Car park in a walking distance.

It would be even better to have a coffe machine and a basic supply for tea, coffee etc. hovewer, some of that was quickly provided on our request. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom,, probably from the pipes.

We stayed in a Superior Apartment with Sea View - it provided everything one needs, and the view from the balcony was great. In this apartment the noise from the quite busy street in front of the building was not relevant (probably quite different in rooms facing the street though). The staff was very nice and helpful, thank you very much ! The beach in front of the hotel is not busy at all - but it is not a classical sandy beach (but with pebbles/small rocks), so it is recommended to bring rubber shoes to go into the water. There are several quite nice (including seafood) restaurants very close by, and walking to downtown doesn't take more than 15 minutes. Free parking close by. If you want to prepare (small) meals in the kitchenette during a longer stay, bring salt, pepper, sugar etc. - otherwise you have to buy it (and sometimes there are only larger packages available in stores ...).

It was easy to get to from Chania airport via bus, definitely use this as it's 8euros each compared to 100euro taxi! Nice that it has its own beach area right at the back of the hotel with beds, so it's easy to get to. Quite a few restaurants nearby too. We stayed for the location as we were attending a wedding in Rethymno.

The timings of reception being manned was unclear which sometimes made it difficult to get help and info as over the phone was difficult. Taxis were sometimes hard to come by, especially when you were only doing a short distance, sometimes the taxis weren't interested, and as nobody was at reception, it sometimes made it a bit stressful. If we were staying for longer, we probably would have looked at staying closer to Rethymno town.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The location was perfect for trips to the old town and also to some wonderful restaurants on the road with a sea view! The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. The man on reception was always available and helpful and was a great host

We had issues with the electrics on 2 days, which were sorted. There was no full length mirror in the room and the drains did smell from time to time

The location of the property was great. Right by the best restaurants in Rethymno, 10 mins away from the center of the city. It was super nice and quiet.

Breakfast that we paid for. You get to choose one dish per person, and when we asked for more eggs (even offered to pay additional), they didn’t accomodate. I stayed hungry. The taste was not the best either. We should have eaten outside instead for the money that we paid.

We really like the location of the hotel by the sea and with direct access to the beach! It was great to dip in the water first thing in the morning. The man in the reception was really helpful and accommodating to transfer us to sea view room as I had some issues with the sounds coming from the busy street behind the building. The rooms are new and well decorated.

There was an ant issue in the room, although it was not a big deal as we stayed only for 2 nights. However, if we cooked there things might accelerate. The cloth of head board of the bed could be replaced and shower materials could be dyed. Feel free to use warm lights in the room instead.

Fantastic new and modern property, which is well maintained and clean. Furniture was lovely, rooms had great facilities. We especially loved the roller shutter blinds that were on each window - made it so much more easier and comfortable to sleep in and nap during the day without having the hot summer sun coming into the room!

Parking can be a bit tricky - the building doesn’t have its own carpark, so you need to use the public parking next to the building, next to the BP station. If it’s your first time visiting with a car, you may miss the carpark as it doesn’t have a sign.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rethymnon town. It's located right in front of Koumbes Beach, alongside other holiday homes. The suite was very new and well-maintained. We had a room on a higher floor facing the main road, which could be a bit noisy with the balcony door open. The property has a lift, making it easy to move our luggage. There's an open carpark with a small entrance leading to the beach, which you have to drive slowly to notice.

The only drawback is that you'll definitely need to drive if you want to explore Rethymnon town, as it's quite a distance to walk from the accommodation to the town center. Considering the price we paid, I think this hotel offers good value.

The location was good with several restaurants close by. Our room was a superior apartment with city view. I would have preferred a sea view but they were sold out.

The room is not supplied with tea bags or washing powder which is an oversight I think. You don't want to be buying a full box of tea bags for a few nights stay and the same with washing powder. The beach is very stoney so it is difficult to get and out of the sea.

Modern, very clean, check in, everything well organized. Very friendly. Arrive and feel at home. App 20 min by foot to old and beautiful town. Suits with sea view are great and privat “ garden are” is one step away from sea access.

Noting. Just small remark breakfast is ok but not at the level of property. You get it at your room. Works perfectly just recommend to make it a bit more creative . Surrounding around hotel may not be the nicest, but nothing what makes this property worse.
