The room facilities were OK, it was a washing machine included. Air conditioning worked great. The apartment is cute. You can see the sea reasonably. (probably perfect from up floors)

Ground floor rooms are inferior and you don’t get that awareness during the booking process: - In front of the balcony and window (1 meter away) is a passage for people to access the apartment building, so you can't sit on the balcony with privacy, and people can see inside your apartment. We did not enjoy the view too much in these conditions because we had to put the blinds on. - There's a strong smell of mold when you open the cupboards. So we didn't use the closet. - The bathroom is a bit small in size: if one adult and one child are washing the hands in same time, the bathroom is full, you cannot close the door.

It's a really lovely apartment, very comfortable and it's nice to be able to spread out as this is a proper one bedroom apartment not just a bedroom and a bathroom. The views are amazing from the balcony and we appreciated the complimentary Raki and sweets. We've stayed in a different apartment in the same block and would definitely want to stay again.

A couple of minor points. Having to checkout at 10am is a bit mean. And the kitchen tap is incredibly stiff and hard to use. Strangely, just like the kitchen tap in the other Vivian Art apartment we stayed in. Not sure why they are Franke taps which are normally pretty good.

The perfect apartment for your holiday! This place truly has everything you could possibly need. the hosts have thought of every detail. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and feel right at home. The host is extremely kind and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, even though it was just for one night, it was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come back here if we’re back in Chania 😊

Apartment very modern with everything we needed. Staff and owner very friendly.

Security not great, we were unable to get into our apartment as keys had been taken. Key safe numbers was not exactly a difficult one to guess, so can only assume this is what had happened. However after a phonecall (2am) the owner came to our rescue and arrived to let us in. Next day lock on apartment was changed and we were given a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture.

The sea view is good provided you book a 1st or 2nd floor apartment. Ground floor view is partially blocked by a new building in front which is being completed . Comfortable beds. Apartment well equipped . Good aircon ,good TV

The street to the apartment entrance is about 100 metres from the main road and is a steep hill . There is no parking in this street and the website does not make this fact clear . We had to take our car down the steep hill to offload our luggage and whilst taking luggage into the apartment ,a neighbour started blowing his horn as he did not like us parking in the street even though he could have driven his pickup truck out of his gate opposite . The steep hill is not easy for older people . Website says the apartment is 150 metres from shops and restaurants , it is much further and down a steep hill and hard walk back up in the summer sun . If you have no car , do not book this apartment

The appartment is very modern, very clean and well equipped. The beds are confortable, our 2 boys (aged 14 & 13) slept on the sofa and they found if confortable too. It's a good 20 mn walk to the historic center, so for the car we could find free parking spot nearby.

We had a problem with one air conditioning which was broken down (was broken down when we got there). We reported it and the technical team came the next day, however as it had to be replaced it took some time. We got a fan as a replacement.

The second bed was actualy a sofa witch was small to sleep two people with convenience. There was airconditon only in the one room (bedroom).There was none in the second room with the sofa. Small bathroom.

The view is fantastic, the staff is really nice, the apartment is clean and tidy. Full kitchen with a washing machine is very useful. AC works perfectly.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable but it got better.

I stayed in Vivians Apartments with a group of 8 friends. All of us are amazed at the service we got from this host. Even 2 months before our arrival we received all information that helped us with trip organization. They organized arrival from the airport to the apartments and early check-in in the middle of the night. To all our needs or issues they responded fast. About the apartment I can say that they are clean, they contain good equipment from the mosquito net to all you need for the kitchen. They are located in a calm part of the city. It’s not just that far from the old town you can take a walk but if don’t like to walk you can always take a bus and the bus station is very close to the apartment (it cost 1 euro). Also, amazing bakeries and fast food, and beautiful restaurants are close to the apartments. If you are planning to rent a car you can find parking anytime and it's free. I would like to say a big thanks you to the Giorgos and the owner of the property, we enjoyed staying at your place.

The terrace with two extra sunbeds were excellent for spending hot afternoons in the shadow and in privacy of the appartment

There was no airconditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room.
