I loved the friendly welcome when we arrived and appreciated that the reception was 24 hours. A big relief and security when traveling. Hotel not over subscribed so always a lounger available by the pool or beach.

I felt that the breakfast could have been a bit fresher and perhaps an a la carte menu. I didn’t like that the pool was sectioned off until 11am. If it is hot enough why can’t it open at 9?

It was a close enough distance to the Old Town to still be able to explore and have food but also far enough to still be away from crowds of people. There’s also a handful of amazing restaurants just minutes walk from the hotel with superb views of the sunset and fantastic food. The fact that they had their own beach front was amazing, there were always sun loungers available and it had such a beautiful view. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We found our experience to be nothing short of brilliant.

Apart from the hair dryer almost bursting open when I used it, there’s no real complaint at all!

The private beach and room view was amazing. The lady who checked me in was amazing, bags were delivered to my room and they set me up with the local food delivery app. In addition, the staff printed my boarding passes and booked me my taxis. The pool area was well managed and the cocktails were amazing plus they were served to you sun bed by the beach or pool . Towels weee changed daily and on point cleaning. All basic toiletries were provided. Ooh and I loved the fruits during breakfast.

Tight space between shower and toilet. Also be room telephone wasn’t working has to use my mobile. However, I would still stay here again.

The room we stayed in was facing the beach and had lovely panoramic views of the ocean. It had air conditioning, a small TV, single sofa bed and a mezzanine with the bed upstairs and a separate bathroom and a balcony. The bed was a king size and really comfortable - we slept so well! The room had plenty of hanging space, a safe and was cleaned daily and the bed made. The breakfast was delicious! There is a wide range of food including bacon, sausages, eggs, cold meats, vegetables, yogurt, fruit, honey, toast, cereals, nuts, spreads etc etc! Coffee machine was nice too. The staff were lovely and friendly. Yes it’s on a busy road so i’d recommend the sea view room, but I think the road view would be fine, with earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The windows are sound deadening and we had the air con on all night so that’s all we could hear alongside the ocean of course! The hotel beach is nice and there’s plenty of sun beds, and option to buy lunch/snacks from the bar. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return and recommend the hotel.

The water temperature of the shower seemed to fluctuate and was either burning hot or freezing cold, only finding the right temperature for a few minutes! The towels smelled a bit of smoke, possibly because of where they’re dried? The orange and mixed fruit juice at breakfast wasn’t very nice and fresh would be better. Overall these are minor.

I started my 7 day holiday at this hotel and I have to say for the 2 nights I stayed, I didn't want to leave and it was my favourite. The staff upgraded our room so we were facing the beach. We arrived at 3am and the receptionist that checked us in was so lovely. The staff had provided me with complimentary Prosecco, so once I checked into the room, I took my flash light outside, realised how close to the beach I was and enjoyed my Prosecco literally on the beachfront before heading to bed. The next day the receptionist was warm and made us feel so welcome (sorry I don't remember all of the staff names). She helped my partner organise a bouquet of flowers to be sent to the hotel for my birthday the following morning and then insisted on paying for them. I have never been to a hotel with staff who are so hospitable and I honestly wish I just stayed there for my whole trip but I will definitely be going back. The location is such a sweet spot as its walking distance to the old town and the bus station is also just before the old town which made getting around easier. Something else I felt so lucky to be literally next door to, was the 7 Thalasses restaurant. We didn't realise how close this restaurant was and found it as a recommendation on trip advisor. We were also treated with warmth here and the staff were very generous with more complimentary gifts.

The breakfast buffet had such a vast variety however it didn't taste as fresh as we'd hoped and I was a little bit disappointed with the cooked food as it was quite oily. The restaurant was also quite close to our room so the first morning we were disturbed with forks, knives, guests and doors. However we realised if we open our bedroom back door, the ocean waves drowned this sound the second morning.

First of all, we booked this Hotel very spontaneously (2 hours in advance) because our originally planned Hotel was terrible and we needed an alternate. Upon arriving at Petradi Hotel we were welcomed by a very friendly staff at the reception, who showed us our room. The assigned room met all the booked criteria but after asking for an alternate room the hotel manager himself offered us an even better room with direct view over the beach. And afterwards he was also very helpful with giving us his personal tips on what beaches to visit in the nearby region. The receptionist was also so kind and friendly - overall the staff of the hotel is superb and very service minded!

The breakfast buffet didnt quite meet our taste, but that wasnt a big problem. Also the hotel has no own parking lot unfortunately.

The lady on the administration desk was super friendly, kind and helpful,always asked is everything fine. The stuff was polite and nice The view from balcony was amazing. The room was clean every day.

Breakfast was poor:) if you come 30min before it ends hardly could find everything. Condition wasnt working properly in the room. Barmen at the bar made worst coctails, could not give any advise on the menu so next days we went to other places.

Bathroom setting was very inconvenient. The sink was at the lounge and the toilet/shower were separate-really far way from each other. The shower extremely small in a triangle shape, barely could move around in it. The AC was at the lounge making it very cold and the room didn't have AC. Very odd set up, thankfully we stayed only one night, so it wasn't a big deal.

Location is great Reception staff were very friendly

Pool area not the cleanest and glasses take a while to be cleaned up, bar staff reluctant to serve drinks at times. Rooms need more storage and lighting. Breakfast wasn’t the nicest, ended up eating at the bakery as it didn’t seem fresh or very nice
