Greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Fast check in and directions to the Room were very clear . Room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony onto a quiet Street. Smart TV but no internet, had to use hotspot data from my phone. Wasn't really an issue . 2 mins walk to the beach . Close to Fox and Hounds for great food and drinks ....for late arrivals it's handy as they close at 2am, close by across the road you have Zeppelins Bar with great Live rock music....

The room was enormous with a huge bed and plenty of wardrobe space for our luggage. The bathroom was very spacious and had all necessary adaptations for my disabled husband. The room was cleaned every day and it was very clean. The staff were very helpful giving information about the local area and spoke English. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and it was replenished when necessary. The hotel was in a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach and some very good restaurants.

There was only one English channel on the tv (CNN) and the safe was broken in our room so we were unable to hire a safe.

The hotel is really nice. We had a big clean and cozy room. Just one thing that the eucalyptus smelled awful, as it was old, please do not put it in the vase or keep an eye on it. My husband also liked the SPA. The Russian speaking lady Viktoria was also kind and attentive in comparison to Spanish lady in the glasses with the black frame (she was very rude). She screamed at my husband like: ZAPATOOOOOS - and in the 4 star hotel the personnel should speak kind and respectfully to its guests.

I did not like at all the breakfast. Please change the receipt of the omelette, as it too sweet and not tasty at all. Also there is lack of fresh vegetables, fruits and croissants also were very fat and not delicious. But overall ignoring the rude lady and breakfast, the hotel is really beautiful and with a great location.

The room was massive and very modern you’d know it was only recently renovated, the location couldn’t be better right beside the beach and all the night life but still far enough away you wouldn’t hear a thing at night.

The computers crashed when we were about to check in but that was out of their control so took a bit longer to get checked in, but they gave us somewhere to leave out bags and showed us to a place we could get changed and we just went to the pool till they got the computers sorted so no real issue atall.

Loved the location of the hotel - very central to get around and close to the beach. Staff were also amazing from the moment we checked in to leaving. Bed was very comfortable.

There is an overwhelming fragrance of the hotel when you walk in the door, like insense burning. Our room had quite a bad smell coming up through the drains due to rain. The staff did action this as soon as we told them by placing a bleach down the drain which stopped the smell for 24hrs but it did come back which wasnt pleasant. I booked the hotel for the spa however it is tiny and in the basement of the hotel. Not very comfortable when there is 3+ people using it.

Ideal location, close to the beach and the main areas for shopping/eating. The staff were so lovely and very accommodating. The waterfall shower was amazing, I’d nearly come back just for that alone! The spa was also fabulous, very easy to contact the masseuse who was very responsive! Considering salou is a big family destination, we liked the fact that the hotel was adults only as it was a mother/daughter trip for my mother’s birthday. She loved the peace and quiet and the view from the balcony!

A clean, comfortable, stylish, and spacious hotel with a nice year-round spa area (sauna, hammam, hot-tub, and pool (unheated)) and a good breakfast if you need it.

Horrendous Wi-Fi. No signal in most of the rooms and an antiquated login system that is unreliable and slow when there is signal. Bottom-line, come prepared with your own mobile data plan. The spa is closed Sunday evening and on Mondays.

Very nice hotel, with a very kind staff. Excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach. Breakfast was good, many options and even with a orange juice machine, very cool. The room was quite big and nice. The shower was amazing, so so big with a big shower head:) In general very comfortable.

They only had shower gel and no shampoo or conditioner. When we asked, they were unable to provide any.

We LOVED this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful, so spacious and had everything you could need. Perfect location for everything, shops, cafes, restaurants and beach all within very close proximity. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. When we arrived there was no space in the carpark as we hadn't reserved a space, they pointed us in the right direction of an alternative safe parking space, which was actually much cheaper than the hotel parking too and only a 5 minute walk away. Staff made an effort to say good morning/evening whenever you entered or exited the hotel too, a simple but nice extra touch! Pool area was large enough with plenty of sunbeds and space to move them around should you wish.

The only downside would be our key card was very temperamental and took until day 3 of our 4 day stay to replace it for another one despite having it reset at reception each day. Sunbeds were either in shade or sun, no parasols but thankfully whilst we stayed there were enough free for us to move in and out of the shade using different sunbeds as we wished.

We had a great time in Magnolia hotel, location is very nice near to the beach. The shower room was so big and the bed is super king. The buffet breakfast was amazing with so many options. The hotel staffs are very nice & friendly specially Viktor and Najim. We can’t wait to come again to spend a vacation at this hotel 😊
