We stayed at Apart Hotel Asteria for three nights and were very satisfied. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped — we especially appreciated the baby crib that was prepared for our little one. The self check-in process went smoothly after sending our IDs and payment in advance; we received detailed instructions and a parking map. Communication with the staff (especially Maša) was fast, kind and professional. The location is great — close to the city center, yet in a quiet area. There is parking right next to the building for about 4–5 cars, a bus stop directly in front, and a grocery store just a short walk away. We especially want to highlight apartment no. 405 — its layout with two bedrooms was ideal for staying with a child. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment on the second floor is spacious, light and completely new and modern, looks amazing. Everything works, and it's really clean. The terrace is absolutely beautiful. It's quiet. The apartment is maybe a bit further from the city center but we didn't mind it. There was enough parking in front of the building. Overall, we would come back here, and we will recommend it to our friends.

The second bed/the couch is really uncomfortable, and we could fall down and flip easily. Having some slippers would be nice. Coffee machine would be nice too and some complimentary coffee maybe.

Used the easy park app to pay, very easy. - I recommend this place!

Only a minor detail: -Would appreciated a coffee machine (Nespresso/ Dolce Gusto).

The apartment itself is great, very modern with necessary facilities. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's in a quiet area so there's not much noise at night. The apartment I stayed in had a nice balcony area that I enjoyed my morning coffee and breakfast on whilst enjoying the fresh air. My friend became ill and the host was very helpful in advising on nearby hospitals, pharmacies etc. I had been running around Ljubljana city checking every pharmaceutical vending machine for hours before that as nearly all pharmacies and shops are closed on Sunday. The guest information book is great and has lots of detailed information to help people not local to the area. We also liked the theme of the apartment with the pictures and phrases around the place being whimsical and friendly.

The shower needs a curtain or barrier to keep spray in the shower basin area as the floor is too level so the water spreads across the bathroom.

The building and apartments have a unique sense of whimsy which was a fun experience. The apartment is a great size as well. The location is good and there are a couple of free parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. The staff were helpful when we called them.

The shower is mounted very low and it's impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. When entering the apartment at night, it was extremely warm in the hallways, which filtered into the room until we put the air conditioner on

Beautiful updated apartment in a secure building. Kitchen with all needed supplies for cooking. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. 2 free parking spaces by the apartment. Air conditioner keeps apartment cool even in August.

Shower head should be mounted higher to make showering easier (to appears the apartment has started this process). Could use a fan to push cold air to the back bedroom.

Brand new and very nice place

Bathroom was flooded due to wrong incline of floor and there was no way to grab water . hopefully owners will fix this ASAP and this is only issue related to it's place being brand new . other than that place was very nice

Hosts left champagne and candies on arrival. New apartments. Good window blinds, calm neighborhood.

Door codes are too easy to guess, the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shower head is mounted in a very low spot and shower drainage could be better

Wonderful experience for the first time in Ljubljana. The host is very nice, available, and very professional. The apartment was very clean, new, and you will find all that you need I really recommend this apart hotel when visiting Ljubljana

Lovely clean apartment! Awesome decor and comfortable space. About 30min walk from centre of Ljubljana- nice easy walk. Local shops nearby!

We missed a kettle but not a problem!
