We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place is beautifully designed and the interior is stunning. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making us feel right at home, even though we didn’t spend much time indoors. What truly made our experience special were the hosts, Fabio and Terry. They are incredibly kind and made us feel like we were among friends, even though it was our first time meeting them. If we ever return to Pistoia, we will definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience with amazing people!😍 Grazie mille! 😍

The location is within few minutes from the historic center so extremely convenient and we didn’t have to use our car while visiting. B&B PISTOIA Inn have dedicated free parking close by. The room was very nice and clean, bed very comfortable. Internet available and reliable. Breakfast was good. All in all very good value for money. Our hosts, Fabio and wife Marie Teresa (Terry), were wonderful and friendly, answering every question we had. They recommended a restaurant for dinner and even made the booking for us. It was very good.

Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay here. The owners are so friendly, welcoming and make you feel safe & secure throughout your stay, with great recommendations. Thankyou 🤩 Our rooms were very clean, spacious, comfy beds. A water tank was available for cold water anytime. Breakfast was delicious, lovely cappuccino 🤩 Hotel is a 10min walk from the station, we used it as a base for visiting Florence etc. I would highly recommend staying here, Thankyou for a wonderful time 🤩

Great place, small hotel, but with everything you need. Clean, nice, well-equipped. Wonderful and helpful owners. Italian breakfasts ;) Private, closed parking space. B&B is close to the center with lots of tasty and charming restaurants and close to the train station, which made Pistoja an ideal place for trips to Florence. I definitely, highly recommend it.

Great location, wonderful and friendly welcome, a very personal and attentive experience, gorgeous bedroom and bathroom which were faultlessly clean, big comfortable bed and everything we need in the room. Beautiful breakfast room and a lovely variety of food, and the terrace is lovely! Everything was perfect.

We were met by the very friendly and welcoming owner who helped us unload our luggage and then came with us to show us the gated car park. The property was very well appointed and looked after. Decoration and furnishings were very tasteful and what we found the particularly interesting was the use of technology (touch sensitive panels in the rooms and outside the doors of the rooms), which not only allowed you to manage your air con, and open your door but also gave you info. about sightseeing in the local area. Our room was beautifully furnished and which we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We had a lovely selection of fruit teas in the room. Lovely soft and very large towels were provided for our use. The centre of the old town was a very short walk away, making it possible for us to spend some time there in the late afternoon and evening. We were sorry only to be staying on night as both the property and Pistoia are most worthy of a longer visit! Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh bread, pastries (delicious!) and cheese and meats and was included in the very reasonable price.

There was nothing not to like! It was an outstanding property!

Everything was perfectly organised, clean, quiet, excellent breakfast… The hosts make sure that you immediately feel welcome and they go above and beyond to make sure there is everything you need to enjoy your time there. Great location a short walk from the centre of town. Spacious room and bathroom stylishly furnished and extremely comfortable. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Parking included in a secure car park nearby. Fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.

Parking the car outside to offload luggage could be tricky on a really busy day, but the host is so helpful with taking bags and personally taking guests to park so this is easily overcome.

Absolutely everything. Protected parking. Central location. Excellent and welcoming hosts. Extremely clean and to a high standard. Free unlimited water. Quiet and just amazing.
