The rooms are big, modern, very clean, has a lot of storage place, big mirror, quiet air conditioning. The bathrooms of each room are also spacious, with lots of storage place and clean, modern. Location is very good to the port and supermarket (Spar) and 10 min walk to the old town (need to climb the stairs up) Close to beaches

It was not clear to us that the accommodation is an apartment with 4 rooms, which share the kitchen for the breakfast, so the vibe is that of an Airbnb. The walls are very very thin so we could hear all the romantic noises and music of the neighbouring room. The owner comes every morning with the cleaning lady and although we don't want cleaning, they still do it and the owner comes inside and checks the rooms. This gives no privacy at all as they come into your room and you have the feeling you can't have anything personal left out. Also he comes in the evening again

The location of the property was absolutely perfect – just a short walk into town and only about five minutes to the beach, which made it very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The host, Mario, was excellent. He is such a kind and welcoming person who really looked after us during our stay and made us feel at home right away. The accommodation itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a great spot with a fantastic host. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Great place to stay. Location is excellent. Walking distance from the beach, the pier, and the historic center. We parked our car in their gated lot and just walked the full four days we were there. The room is very contemporary, clean and comfortable. Dazzling star lights on the ceiling added a nice touch. Mario, the host is extremely accommodating. Booked us an excursion we asked for, provided a lovely breakfast each morning, anything we required was handled swiftly and politely. Would definitely stay here again.

There is some construction just outside the building that makes it looks a little shabby from the outside. I'm sure that will be finished at some point. It deters from your first impression but not a really big deal.

The accommodation is brand new, featuring a comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness. The car park is very convenient, especially since finding parking in Tropea is impossible . You can leave your car securely and take a 5-minute walk to both the city and the main beach. Mario, the owner, is fantastic; he provided us with a video introduction to Tropea, which helped us save time on research, and offered valuable advice. He even supplied us with an umbrella for the beach!

Everything was perfect

Mario was very pleasant, responsive to our needs, and shared good information about Tropea that made our stay easy and fun. The apartment was very new, with all our needs and very clean. He personally made us a very robust breakfast every morning and personalized it to our preferences. He made himself available for any needs we had.

Mario is an excellent host and pays attention to details and his guests requests. He is attentive, very nice person. The room was very spacious and clean and location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and port and short stairs to city center. Great 3 days. Thank you Mario for being so hospitable and looking after all my weird requests 😊🙏

There was free private parking on the premises which was one of the most important features for us. We did not want to incur additional costs and headaches to find parking on the small streets of Tropea. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Mario was a perfect host and very quick to answer any question we had. Wifi connection was great.

Mario was fantastic nothing was too much for him and I asked alot of him he was fantastic

Breakfast wasn't the best but being British that more a me issue than a hotel issue More pillows was my only fault but I also didn't ask for more so maybe thats again on me as I had already asked so much of the man

Beautiful well kept clean and comfortable Lovely attentive host, good breakfast, help with places to go etc parking on site walking distance for beach and town just be aware the town is up a lot of steps!

Mario is very nice and helpful. He provided anything we needed to keep us happy. He îs the one preparing the breakfast at your taste. The location is spotless. The bed very comfortable. Easy acces to the beach and to the 233 steps to town!
