The room was located right on the main road. Plenty of parking. The room was large and appeared clean. Loved the idea of a front door to the hall and a back door to the parking lot. Made unloading and loading my car very easy. I was lucky to get a down stairs room. If I hadn't I could not have stayed there because no elevator.

The room appeared to be clean but there was a large stain on the carpet near the front door. It brought my attention to the other stains. The know in the little refrigerator was gone. I could not turn the temperature down so my cokes were barely cool so for me...not drinkable. The mattress on the bed close to the door need replacing. When I sat on the edge I went down to the bottom. I paid $336 for 2 nights so feel this was over priced.

Rooms and beds were very comfortable. One room was a bit cold to begin with as the heat/cool unit was left on the AC setting. Brrrr. But, we turned it to heat and it worked out fine.

No one at desk at check in and it took a few minutes for him to arrive. One room was quite cold at first as the heat/cool setting was, accidentally I think, left on cool.

Great staff helped with early check-in and quickly recovered my forgotten cell phone to boot! Fantastic mtn. view from my well equipped room. Decided to stay a second night because of the great location, lovely view and caring management. Highly recommend this property.c

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent

No elevator, hard to carry heavy suitcase up stairs. Bed linens too thin and room freezing even with heat going. Comforter has stains all over it and bathroom/ vanity area wasn’t very clean. Also, creamer for the coffee was expired

Breakfast was great.

Check-in was not ready at 3pm so I had to wait 1 hour before getting my room. This was an inconvenience because I drove 16 hours into town and needed to grocery shop asap so that it didn't impact my plans for the day. I had to change my plans due to late check-in.

Very comfortable bed and good location. The bathroom was clean, but small. Convenient parking.

Person checking us in seemed distracted by his cellphone. He didn't greet us with any amount of enthusiasm. I felt like I was inconveniencing him.

I liked there was a meat choice at the free breakfast.

Did not like that I had to pull door tightly to latch it. It closed on its own, but would not lock and secure itself, without pulling on it.

The room was a perfect size for our large family. The breakfast was decent. It had enough options for the space that was there.

Since our room was larger, it would have been nice if there were more towels and dishes included. For the price, it just felt incomplete.

Wonderful staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding!

The mirror was not attached to the wall.

The breakfast was tasty and had several nice options.

The pool looks great however the hot tub looked like it needed a little tending.
