I came in for the festival and was shocked and how mellow everything seemed. I almost thought I was in the wrong place. The town and The Inn were darling and better than I anticipated. Everyone in town and the staff (via text) was courteous and helpful. Parking was plentiful as well, even though it was a public lot. Beautiful, idyllic location and stay.

The only thing was the thermostat had a mind of its own. It basically turned off/to 80 during daytime hours, but the time was off significantly so that it thought it was the middle of the day at night, and I could not see any way to correct the time. I figured out how to bypass quickly though.

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful decor. Spacious and extremely clean bathroom with excellent towels. Good mattress (if a little too high for a short person like moi-self).

As an older person, stairs while managing a suitcase - even a small one - are often challenging. I'd never seen the kind of door lock before that required using my smartphone, and no instructions for use were provided. Luckily, we figured it out. I understand keeping staff to a minimum, but not having anyone to answer questions on site - or at least obviously available - is a little daunting

Super convenient being on Main Street. Right above the Crave pizza and coffee shop! Super clean, renovated, convenient with coffee maker and small fridge. Great view too from gorgeous huge windows. Loved every character of the room from the comfy sofas, dressers, and brick wall! Reminded me of the row homes in Baltimore! worth every penny on a mom- daughter getaway weekend!

Everything was perfect and above expectations! Not a deal breaker but would have been an extra plus to have a Nespresso in the room instead of a Kurig.

Beautiful hotel with lovely decor. Quality antique furniture combined with wood flooring, exposed brick wall, luxurious bedding in a much larger than average room. Good location in the heart of downtown close to stores, restaurants. Close parking.

The walls were a bit thin. Neighboring room had someone talking loud at 6am for 2 hours. Members of our family had a room backing to a restaurant that was very noisy until late at night and could hear the kitchen staff at 7am.

Great location in Buena Vista near restaurants, bars, shopping, and gorgeous views of the Collegiate Peaks! Loved the comfy furnishings and warm cozy decor of The Inn and our room. The hotel was quiet and serene. Appreciated the clear and effective communication with the property.

The only negative was hearing a car alarm and some of the late night crowd during the middle of the night in the parking lot next to The Inn, but this only happened one time so didn't affect our overall experience.

The room, location, ease of check-in / check-out were a 10 out of 10. It was very quiet in spite of being located directly above a restaurant and directly (and conveniently) on main street. The decor and comfort were far beyond my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The only very minor issues were the lack of dedicated work space and a waste basket in the room. There is a writing desk with a small chair but not a proper seat from which to take a meeting. Granted, that is not why most folks come to BV but it is why I came. Additionally, the rate was a bit high (~$1200 for 3 nights). It was a last minute booking so perhaps the rate was higher than normal. For ~$250/nt all-in, I'd book this place for a week without hesitation.

The Inn was spectacular! Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms in the heart of Buena Vista. Easy parking and walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fabulous and “didn’t like” sounds strong, but I would recommend another outlet. There was only one in the entire suite, and it was by the front door. Also- this is a personal preference, but I love when hotels have robes.

I liked the stock fridge, the design of the room. This room is very clean and facilities are very clean. I definitely would recommend this to a friend or an acquaintance. I Will most definitely say that the location is perfect right down the main street and close to businesses and restaurants.

Location, style/decor of room, size of room, cleanliness, convenience of checking in and out.

Accessibility of power outlets to charge phones. There was one flat charger in the room which was nice but there were four of us, so had to look for outlets behind coffee maker, under the bed, bathroom and under side table.

I liked the style and cleanliness of this room. It had an old decor, but new feel and it was so much better than all of the cookie cutter rooms we are too used to.

I can't think of anything I didn't like honestly. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it.
