Great location in Buena Vista near restaurants, bars, shopping, and gorgeous views of the Collegiate Peaks! Loved the comfy furnishings and warm cozy decor of The Inn and our room. The hotel was quiet and serene. Appreciated the clear and effective communication with the property.

The only negative was hearing a car alarm and some of the late night crowd during the middle of the night in the parking lot next to The Inn, but this only happened one time so didn't affect our overall experience.

The room, location, ease of check-in / check-out were a 10 out of 10. It was very quiet in spite of being located directly above a restaurant and directly (and conveniently) on main street. The decor and comfort were far beyond my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The only very minor issues were the lack of dedicated work space and a waste basket in the room. There is a writing desk with a small chair but not a proper seat from which to take a meeting. Granted, that is not why most folks come to BV but it is why I came. Additionally, the rate was a bit high (~$1200 for 3 nights). It was a last minute booking so perhaps the rate was higher than normal. For ~$250/nt all-in, I'd book this place for a week without hesitation.

The Inn was spectacular! Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms in the heart of Buena Vista. Easy parking and walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fabulous and “didn’t like” sounds strong, but I would recommend another outlet. There was only one in the entire suite, and it was by the front door. Also- this is a personal preference, but I love when hotels have robes.

Location, style/decor of room, size of room, cleanliness, convenience of checking in and out.

Accessibility of power outlets to charge phones. There was one flat charger in the room which was nice but there were four of us, so had to look for outlets behind coffee maker, under the bed, bathroom and under side table.

This was by far one of the cutest places I have stayed. It was perfect as a romantic getaway and the location could not have been better. The room and accents were adorable, the bed covers were remarkably soft, the pizza place next door was delicious, and it was super easy to check in/out and find the room given the small building size. I also loved the two doors for the entrance, making it even easier depending on where you parked. Additionally, the TV size and smart programs were great! It was nice to be able to watch more than what cable offers.

My only complaint would be that the shower pressure was pretty poor. Usually I do not shower when only staying a night but was thankful to after the hot springs. The bath towels were also a bit scratchy for my liking, but the bathroom overall was very cute. We also had some very loud guests around us, waking us up much earlier than desired. But it allowed us to get a quicker start to the day and enjoy the bakery down the street.

Beautiful spacious room, with a wonderful view of downtown Buena Vista. The windows were so clean! We never met any staff, so could not rate them. Check in was through a code given via text messaging. I am sure someone would have been available if needed.

I would have liked a luggage rack.

The location is really good. Parking is simple. Accommodations were extremely clean and well kept. The Italian restaurant down below is really good. Get the fig & pig pizza and ask for a side of riccotta to put on it.

You really need two chairs in every hotel suite. Two people can't set in the room and enjoy wine because there's only one chair.

The location is amazing, the design and decor of the building from the front door all the way to the room including the room is AMAZING. Stunningly beautiful and thoughtful. I would love for them to completely redecorate my house. The room was MUCH bigger than I thought it would be and their attention to detail was really incredible. The communication with the hosts was awesome. They were so responsive and attentive and kind.

The ONLY thing that was not perfect (because everything else was perfect) was the amount of noise coming through the floor from the restaurant below. They shared that they just spent six figures on noise mitigation and that it's much better than it was. We brought a white noise machine and it helped with that for sure but just don't be surprised by faint music til 11ish or so depending on the season.

Your auto system that sends out texts did not reach me. I arrived at The Inn knowing the code to the front door, but not to our specific room. I believe this was a text that was to be sent later closer to check-in time. I had to scramble to find the number to the owner. There was no live person to respond to our circumstances. It was stressful for my 13 y/o daughter who was becoming increasingly anxious about our situation. An employee who worked in the restaurant below The Inn happened to have the owner's number. I left message and the owner called back 20 minutes later. He provided the door code to our room over the phone.

The location was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and being able to go to dinner without having to drive was a plus. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the rooms and the hallways. The electroni security for both the room and the main entrance were appreciated.
