Good as always, that is why I like to stay here, consistency. The breakfast staff are great, they run that area so well.

Getting a standard answer of “for an extra $50” when inquiring about if room might be ready for early check in is kind of disappointing. This seems to happen with a reservation but walking in more times than not I haven’t had to wait until 4pm. I have stayed here many times over a period of 15+ years. If the room is not ready yet maybe consider that as a suitable answer. Also possibly monitor the parking lot as to not allow multiple vehicles with trailers to take up 10 parking spaces in front of the building.

The rooms are large, and have great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The breakfast was lovely and I really appreciated the gluten free options! The bathroom was also large and the hot water/shower worked well. I love that extra towels and robes were included in the room without having to ask. The television worked well and had lots of channels.

The bedding seemed a little worn and the top sheet was scratchy. There was a stain on the shower curtain that made it seem like it hadn't been washed/replaced between guests. If you have mobility issues be sure to request a room on the first floor. We didn't see any elevator during our stay and were directed to use the stairs to get to our second floor room. The biggest issue was the pricing of this room. I ultimately paid almost $400 for one night with the uncharge for an early check in. Having stayed at resorts all over the world, I expected more for this price. I assume it is surge pricing for the busy summer months, but it seems pretty unreasonable.

The breakfast was better than we anticipated. They had good food choices, there was always someone there cleaning the tables after anyone left and it was overall a good experience.

There are no elevators for those that need it to get to the 2nd floor. The Gym is VERY small and cramped, and the shower towels are very small especially if you are a big person. Take your own towel.

Breakfast was great. I loved the mountain view from the cafe. Staff were really nice. Area was clean.

In getting to our room we noticed there were no tea bags so went down to the front desk and asked for some. There was a little sign by the microwave indicating tea was available so we knew it was not an unreasonable request. The clerk went into a back area and came back with two tea bags. Both my traveling companion and I drink tea so we asked for a few more. The clerk gave us a couple more but I could tell from her body language that she was annoyed.

The staff was friendly. The coffee shop was yummy. Made to order coffee, latte and smoothies. Gift shop has so much variety. Candies, goodies, baby items, baby swimwear, Knick knacks. So adorable. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Not too fluffy and not too soft. Coffee was great on the rooms from Seattles Best. Room came with iron. Iron board. Hair dryer. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body wash. Lotion. Towels. Make up remover. Fridge. Microwave. TV. Desk. Oh and plenty of places to charge your devices. Outlets and usb outlets!! They were even capable of giving us our rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great. Eggs, green chili, biscuits and gravy, bacon and a cool hands free pancake maker with fresh syrup. Fresh juices. Coffee. Pastries. Fresh fruit. Toast. Muffins. String cheese. Yogurt. Milk. Our stay was near plenty of places to eat and shop Only 17 minutes from Mount Princeton Hot Springs!!

Although we could have requested the first floor, the Only downside if this stay was no elevator. We had to carry all of our belongings up and down the stairs. Since there was 7 of us and a baby carrier we definitely got out workout in!

Simply beyond our expectation!! The hotel looks normal outside like any other standard BW hotels. However, inside the hotel, looks quite new, the reception area is nice and cozy. The room looks newly renovated recently(?), very clean and big space. Equipped with fridge, microwave and a big glass bottle for water (eco friendly). Nice lighting and new furniture. A giant TV. Full body mirror (love it), nice space for hanging clothes. Soundproof is great . The bathroom is the best part that I love it, towel looks new and high quality, the toiletries are nice quality. Great lightning. The hotel has indoor SPA and swimming pool which is a great high light for this hotel, we enjoy the hot SPA after a long cold day in the mountain region. The breakfast is over our expectation, plenty choices, the best part is that hotel use non-plastic utensils. love it.

I've not been since the remodel. As a family, we have stayed for years on our way up to the mountains. Everything is new and modern!!! It's always been such a great spot and fantastic staff!!! It's BEAUTIFUL!!! SOOOOOOO INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!! And the staff is still AMAZING 👏 BRAVO

Great breakfast room and food. Really happy that they had gluten free options. Beds were comfortable and had nice linens. Was happy that the staff allowed us to use breakfast room to eat pizza with family and even disposed of pizza boxes for us.

Would be nice if cost per night was under $200 per night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Western. The hotel is beautifully decorated for the holidays. There was always someone at the reception. Check-in was quick. The rooms are spacious, warm and cozy. Very cozy, breakfast is very simple, but everyone can find something to eat and not be hungry.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast was wonderful. I have celiacs. There was a separate area where there was a toaster to use. Yay!

Maybe a few more allergy options and a bigger prep area for people with allergies.
