We booked this hotel last minute after a bad experience in another hotel. From the first moment, the experience was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, the staff very expedient, friendly and helpful, the location perfect for our needs. Breakfast was not really splendid, but rich, tasty and abundant. The 4-star classification was well deserved. Compared with other options that we had seen price-performance was top. Always again! Clear recommendation.

It was extremely cold on the lobby and restaurant, could use a doble door to protect a little guests and staff We ordered room service, took almost 2 hours to be delivered and was cold and disgusting, the pizza had ketchup instead of tomato sauce and hotdogs, we were offered compensation for another day, so we asked for two shots of mezcal, but the manager refused to give us the good quality one, which goes for $120 each, and we spent like $550 on pizza and wings that were cold and tasted awful

We stayed here for the thirdtime during christmass since its close to family. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing.

It looks like there hasnt been good mantainance for a while. The sound system has issues, the pool area has humidities on the walls and ceiling, the gym is outdated and incomplete, not nice to workout there. Management need to keep it up or that hotel will be in a bad condition soon.

Everything was great, they have 24 hour security and underground parking, left things in the back of my truck and was safe the whole time. Staff & security were really friendly. Room service/ house keeping was great also, had soap, towels, waters everyday.

Comfortable beds, the staff was very attentive, my niece forgot her airpods in the hotel after check out, and when they found them, they called us to get them.

Room service got half our order wrong, and the food was not very good.

Next to Spanish Consulate. 3 minutes walking Amazing breakfast buffet. Starbucks coffee Large king bed

On Booking.com was showing the check-out hours 12:00-13:00 and in the hotel we were informed that the check-out was only until 12:00. That was very disappointing.

Reach breakfast, and an inexpensive restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable for staying there. We had very nice staff there during the first two days, they were very welcoming and helpful to us. In general, I would recommend this place to anybody.

The staff on the last day (2nd of December) was a bit disappointing. Both the receptionist and male waiters in the restaurant. Strangely they were inattentive and impolite sometimes. We were traveling light, staying there for 2 nights, but the equipment in the bathroom was hardly enough to take shower on the first night. You'll need to buy soaps and shampoo. Internet was not perfect either. If you are going to work from there, I wouldn't rely on it much. It was fast enough 20Mbit/sec, but very unstable.

Good price and location. The room has a good space and the restroom was clean. The room was cleaned every day.

Small gym. The first night our bed didn't have a proper fitted bed sheet. The first floor could be noisy especially if it is located in front of the street/highway.
